The location is great, the property has private access to the beach, too many restaurants nearby. The host was responsive, even at 3:00 am.

We had to use only one key fob to be able to re-enter the property which was difficult to manage because we are a family of 5 members with a new born baby, we have been given only one key fob, so we had to go and back all together to the beach at the same time :(

I loved the location. I loved the responsiveness of the host. I loved that it was clean. I like how secure it feels.

I didn’t like the decor. the apt has so much potential if they put a little effort into it. it’s a little confusing figuring out how to access the pool, beach, or courts but once you do it’s smooth sailing.

On the first glance, the property checked off all the big boxes: great location, clean, safe, 1 parking spot included. The unit also has a washer and a dryer which was great. The host let us leave our suitcase for a few extra hours past the check out time, which was really appreciated.

However, there were a lot of small things missing that all together added up to a mediocre experience. 1) To start, I had to call the host at 3am and ask for a lock box code because she failed to give me one for the box located in the parking garage. She only shared the code to the box located at the apartment door, except you can't even enter the building without the key. 2) There wasn't sufficient amount of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, or laundry detergent. I understand if we had stayed for several weeks and ran out, but we had a 6 night stay. Imagine my delight when I had to shop for toilet paper and soap on a very short vacation. We could not use the washer/dryer because there was no detergent and I did not want to buy a big box to do one load. The owner gave me 2 garbage bags when she stopped by to collect the payment, but there were no spares left initially. Even then, 2 garbage bags was not enough. All small things, but really make a big difference, and are usually included. I'd rather pay extra $10 and not need to shop for a roll of toilet paper while staying in the apartment for a few nights. 3) Kitchen is tiny with very few pots/pans. If you plan on doing any cooking, you'll be disappointed. 4) Related to the above, no dishwasher either. 4) No table/chairs to sit down to eat. There are 2 bar chairs and another 4 chairs with a table on a balcony. The balcony is too hot during the day to use consistently, and there is no space and furniture inside to sit down and eat for more than 2 people. 5) No beach chairs or umbrella for the beach. This was surprising and disappointing. Every single beach property we've ever stayed at had some beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. available which makes the experience that much nicer. I assume people leave these things behind. We left 2 chairs behind, but it was really annoying to need to buy them. 6) There were 6 of us, and, while we fit and there were 6 sleeping spaces, it felt tight.
