casa amplia, lugar seguro.

No hay agua caliente en las duchas, debimos bañarnos 6 personas durante 15 dias con agua fria, electrodomesticos sin mantencion. Lavavajillas , lava mal, hay que volver a lavar los platos y vasos a mano cada vez que la usas. Cocina sin campana que extraiga el humo ques se produce al cocinar, al abrir puerta que da a un patio interior para ventilar cocina, nos dimos cuenta que circula un raton , asi que dificil ventilar la casa en primer piso. Horno electrico en mal estado se bloquea puerta , asi que hubo que dejar que comida se quemara para abrirlo

Quiet location. Spacious premise on 3 floors.

The description of rooms is inadequate. Triple bed room is not triple. It is one single and bunk bed. The same is with twin bed room. It is in fact one bunk bed. It can be a problem when You locate group into rooms. Two gates, each with its own remote. 3 sets of keys. Quite inconvienient. You need to sign an agreement with owner even if You book it by booking.com. Lot of paperwork. Crazy!

The location was great! Walking distance to the nearest beach, very close to Old San Juan and many attractions in the area. Host was responsive and attentive to all of our needs. We were met by the concierge to go over house rules, she also brought a few groceries and alcoholic beverages. Beach towels, chair and umbrella were a nice touch. Doesn't hurt that we had a 2-level balcony with an amazing view. Definitely will stay again.

Quiet time at 10, the bidet in the master bathroom was not working. ice machine was not working properly and the kitchen sink was pretty small
