About this apartment rental
Our property is a beautiful private newly remodeled apartment in the EL SAN JUAN TOWERS, OR ESJ TOWERS building. This building sits right on Isla Verde Beach, next to El SAN JUAN RESORT. From our balcony and all three bedrooms you can see and hear the beach in front of you. The apartment orientation is to the north, so the view to the beach is a direct, straight view, as opposed to a lateral view. The building is half hotel and half private condos. It has a gym, concierge, reception area. The pool is being renovated, so we offer the apartment with membership for up to 8 guests, at nearby VIVO Beach Club, which has 2 pools, a local brewery, shops, restaurants and bar service both at the pools and at the beach. Beach towels and chairs are offered at the club too. The apartment has direct access to the beach, from the lobby.
We renovated this apartment, it is now very modern with 1,600 square feet of new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. New central A/C unit. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new, including side by side refrigerator, full range, microwave, dishwasher and front loading clothes washer and dryer. The lobby and common areas are renovated.

The property was beautiful and it’s centrally located around everything. The access to Vivo Beach was amazing. My kids loved going there. i saw reviews regarding the ac unit on the balcony being loud. Yes it’s loud when it’s on but I’d rather that then not have ac inside! it didn’t bother us one bit. The beach access is as soon as you walk out of the building; the building also has a beautiful bar in the main lobby as well as a Coffee place that has breakfast food which was delicious. Highly recommend staying here; we definitely will again! Jorge was great and super responsive. We had a small issue with the fridge not being too cold and he came over super quick and fixed it. He also gave us many recommendations for the area and events going on. Great host, great place to stay!!

The location is excellent. Easy access to beach and restaurants and a great grocery store to stock up on essentials. Also a very quick drive to airport and reasonable drive to get to Old San Juan or east to Luquillo or Fajardo.

Great location, beach chairs, cooler, and towels provided. Steps to the beach. The parking spot in the garage is very convenient to the unit, and pretty view. Older building and unit, could use a deep clean and some furniture replacement/cleaning. Responsive property manager and owner.
