About this apartment rental
Our property is a beautiful private newly remodeled apartment in the EL SAN JUAN TOWERS, OR ESJ TOWERS building. This building sits right on Isla Verde Beach, next to El SAN JUAN RESORT. From our balcony and all three bedrooms you can see and hear the beach in front of you. The apartment orientation is to the north, so the view to the beach is a direct, straight view, as opposed to a lateral view. The building is half hotel and half private condos. It has a gym, concierge, reception area. The pool is being renovated, so we offer the apartment with membership for up to 8 guests, at nearby VIVO Beach Club, which has 2 pools, a local brewery, shops, restaurants and bar service both at the pools and at the beach. Beach towels and chairs are offered at the club too. The apartment has direct access to the beach, from the lobby.
We renovated this apartment, it is now very modern with 1,600 square feet of new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. New central A/C unit. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new, including side by side refrigerator, full range, microwave, dishwasher and front loading clothes washer and dryer. The lobby and common areas are renovated.

We really liked the place and location with beach access. Not having the pool onsite is really a bummer. The Vivo Beach Club is nice but you do have to take a car ride to get there

Great location. Steps to the beach. Vivo Beach club membership was really nice since there is no pool currently on site. Fast response from host. Highly recommend

Condo is in need of some TLC. Although it was clean there were several issues with the property. Several of the electrical outlets did not work did not work . There were no electric outlets in bathrooms. Air conditioner leaked when set at 72. Taped up cracked mirror on closet door stains on mattress covers. Owner did not inform us that most of the amenities ( bar / restaurant were not in operation and Beach Club location was not disclosed. Would suggest owner leaves instruction on how to operate all the TV’s. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful. The property manger was readily available & very responsive and helped to resolve our issues / concerns.
