Ocean View apt on Isla Verde in a 14th floor

Quartos e banheiros bem limpos. Localização do apartamento espetacular!

Excellent location on the beach near the airport. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.Air conditioner works well. Quiet building, good security controls.

Some areas in kitchen do not look clean. Most probably due to Sea salt and humidity induced accelerated rusting. Understandable, but not comfortable to see them first time. Price was a bit high, looks like our trip was during high season

The view, privacy, and setup, as well as the fact that the apartment was right there by the elevator, make it very convenient. How is the parking clean and convenient as well? Every store could've needed is right in our nose. There's no need for a car to go around the city. It was a blast experience. We enjoyed it and loved it.

I can't tell what I didn't like. Cause I couldn't see none.

Location

Water leak in one room. Cleanliness could have been better, didn’t smell good when walking in, time on responses initially when inquiring and frustration when sending my ID numerous times so had to call booking customer service for assistance. The half naked girl photos every where was uncomfortable. The shower uncountable, one side hits you hard while the other sprays outward. No code fitters to make coffee. Pillow, sheets stains. Could do better for price and location. Not family friendly. I organized and cleaned and rearranged and left complimentary bottles of water before leaving.
