About this apartment rental
Don't be fooled by other properties around the area. This is the newest, most exclusive condo in Isla Verde Beach. This magnificent 3Bedroom/2Bathroom apartment is just 30 steps away from the beach.
The building has a back full back up electricity generator. In 2016 Leisure & Travel Magazine named it one of the 10 Best City Beaches in the World. Near by you’ll find fine dining restaurants such as Ruth Chris Steakhouse to casual dining places, excellent local cuisine, bars and fast food joints. Everything is walking distance! The condo has a boutique hotel feeling with pool and views of the beach and coast. Two blocks away you can try your luck at the Hotel San Juan and Casino and also across the street there is a grocery shop in case you run out of wine. Everything you need in one place!
With the new normality coming to be, it's my priority to keep up the standards to provide you with optimal health and safety measures. Sanitation and cleaning measures are being implemented for a much more secure environment for you and your loved ones. We know that health is important, that's why we take care of you and your loved ones during this crisis.
The room set up includes: the master bedroom, with a king bed, the second bedroom with two full beds and a TV, and the third bedroom with two full beds and TV also. All bedrooms have black outs for your sleeping enjoyment. The living area includes a large balcony which faces Isla Verde Beach, and a large kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Everything is new, since the building in only a few years old! There is a separate laundry room. There is cable and internet wifi, 3 LCD flat panel large TV's. The apartment has a gym, one parking spot inside the building.

Overall: The location and accuracy of the listing made our trip a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this location for families… Condo Review: Listing was accurate and location is even closer to the beach than imagined. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/pots/pans for cooking. Drying rack on balcony was a lifesaver. Plenty of towels provided. Washer is HUGE. Jenn was very communicative and helpful. We had a minor problem at the beginning of our stay that was solved within 12 hour. Jenn answered quickly and every time asked if we were enjoying our stay...Location review: Condo is close to many fast food and restaurant options. Grocery store/supermarket is a 5-8 minute walk. The pharmacy right across the street meant we did not need to carry essentials and water far. During our stay, Isla Verde beach was amazing. Even on choppy water days, the waves were not overpowering. The beach has demarcation buoys to notate safe swimming. However, there were no lifeguards during our stay so we were always on alert when our teens went in the water, just in case. Condo is a short uber ride away from Old San Juan and Condado, which made it great for short trips, especially since we did not rent a car. We did plan a few excursions in Fajardo, which is quite far if you do not want to be in a car/bus for an hour…Note: Please remember you are in a condo, on an island, not a hotel. A couple rules may seem odd, but are necessary for location. No rule was absurd.

The host allowed an early check-in which was very convenient and allowed us to start our vacation as soon as we landed. The vacation rental was clean. The vacation rental exceeded expectations as everything for the beach was provided such as beach towels, chairs, coolers, football, and beach bag. Lots of additional items such as coffee, sugar, shower essentials, sunscreen, and aloe were provided. Stores were located within walking distance and the beach was closer than expected.

Great location steps away from a very nice beach! Apartment is located in the second floor so your view is essentially the parking lot. There is a terrible ghat and mosquito problem inside the apartment which made things a little uncomfortable. WiFi does not work in any of the bedrooms so the televisions are useless. Toilet is stained yellow; not sure if it’s urine or rust!
Very unfortunate because the owner seems like a very nice lady.
