This property has views in three directions - North, East and South. They face the Atlantic Ocean, parts of San Juan, and the mountains to the South. In the morning the early sunlight comes streaming in through the living room and kitchen windows, while you have the endless ocean views from the balcony. So we named it after these two timeless elements - sea and sun. Marysol.

Guests have full access to:
• The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean views.
• A 25-meter freshwater pool and a children’s splash area.
• The building’s basketball court.
• Direct access to Isla Verde Beach.
• Underground secure parking for one car.
• Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM.
• Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin.
• A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property.
Note: Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20.

• Office Team: Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
• Supervisor is on duty daily 9AM to 8PM, for any circumstances that require assistance.
• After 8PM our Night Service deals with any emergencies.
• On weekends our team monitors emails.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything we needed was there and it made the trip easy and stress free.The host was great with communication and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell they really care about the property and their guests.Overall, this was a perfect stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is steps away from the beach and there are several really good restaurants within walking distance. Old San Juan is just a short drive away and it's about 45 minutes to the rainforest hikes, bioluminescent bay, and zip lines. Because there's secure garage parking included, your rental car is safe.The condo is at the end of a hallway, so you have BOTH a city view from the bedrooms and a beach view from the balcony.Communication was fantastic and the condo was clean and updated.Highly recommend!!!

The condo was comfortable and good for the family. On our downtime, we like sitting around the living room. The sofa needs to be cushions. Other than that. It was a lovely place.. We had a small issue with AC for one of the rooms. I hope they can get it fixed. We got a fan, but it was not helpful. I have made them aware that it’d be nice if they were to supply working hair blowers, toaster, oven, and toaster. We had no problem getting into the condo and they replied to all my messages. We had a great time at the beach and visiting the island.. the Martinez family
