Property has a beautiful view of the water. Also, close to restaurants for dinner.
The furniture is very tired and worn out. The couch and chair need to be replaced. Also, the lighting over the dining room table is not enough light. The dishwasher was broken. If you didn't pay attention to what the dishes looked like after being washed, you would think it worked. Filled up, run through wash and dry cycles, but dished STILL HAD FOOD PARTICLES ON THEM.
