A short distance from scuba diving, windsurfing, and more, this beach vacation home lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient covered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Isla Verde Beach, or easily tackle the quick 6-minute drive to Balneario de Carolina.

Spend some time at the beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the communal pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 500-sq-ft vacation home, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer.

The property is in a fantastic location at Isla Verde beach, with direct and secure beach access. It's a large unit with plenty of space to relax and the owner has provided many amenities to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable such as sunscreen, towels, a beach wagon, toys and games, grocery bags, toiletries, etc. Getting to it from the airport is easy and in addition to the beach, shops and restaurants are a close walk away. The pool for this condo is also very nice.Communication with the owner was a breeze via Google Translate (if you're not fluent in Spanish) and he was always very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We used this as a homebase for trips to El Yunque, and Toro Verde in addition to lounging at the beach and even Jet Skiing, and we'd choose this place again.
