Experience relaxation in our newly-constructed Solemare Rentals in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. Our 3rd floor walk up, poolfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property offers comfort, sound proof windows, and is close to attractions. 2 minutes from Isla Verde Beach, 2 minutes from SJU airport, 5 minutes from Calle Loíza, 5 minutes from surf-friendly Pine Grove Beach, 7 minutes from historic Old San Juan. Perfect for making unforgettable memories with your family!
->We are a third floor, pool front unit with a private balcony with a view of the pool and city. (no elevator.)
-> full apartment back-up electrical generator & soundproof windows
-> 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
-> Large TV in the living room and dinning space for 6.
-> A rental car is highly recommended for this location. There are lots of Ubers close by, but having a rental car makes things easier.

Check in and communication with host was not good. Car broken into first day.
