The alternative accommodation was located centrally and was comfortable. We had problems on arrival with the readiness and state of the original accommodation, which the owner subsequently resolved to the best of their ability.
Although we acknowledge that unforseen events can happen, we should have been informed earlier that the original accommodation would not be ready, and the owner should have arranged alternative accommodation earalier so we did not have to wait till the evening for a resolution. Especially arriving from a 15hr road trip coming from Jhb.
