We enjoyed our stay, but it would have been even better if the facility were working order. Really enjoyed the location

Location and the good settings inside Good instructions

1: no parking. Was advised there was a parking space but I ended up paying for the parking as there was no space. 2: for quality of towel supplied. It did not have very good water observant 3: toilet seat needed replacing in the ensuite 4: there was piles of clothes in the cupboard 5: the washing machine had a load in with clothes 6: the shower didn’t work in the main bathroom Also, the toilet toilets appear to be blocked

Lovely apartment and great host

Exceptional communication. Imran was very friendly, proactive in contacting us and sending information. The apartment was lovely, warm and comfortable, with a much welcome extra touch of breakfast items. A fantastic location with great views over the marina. Will definitely stay again. The apartment was lovely and in a nice location on the marina. We stayed as we watched Ed Sheeran and it was in a central location. The host was really friendly and helpful. Also was easy for us to find parking on the street.

Unfortunately we got woken at 3am on the Sunday as a cargo ship docked near us and they were very noisy. but nothing to do with the apartment or hosts. Don't have any other negatives.

A great stay in a spacious and comfortable property

Very comfortable and spacious property. Lovely balcony looking over the marina. Close to Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park, which is where we were visiting.

The oven wasn’t working and some of the fixtures and fittings were broken. This didn’t stop us from having a lovely stay however.

A good city break location

A great apartment in a great location. A real home from home. Comfortably furnished with everything you would need for a relaxing break

The only down side of the apartment was the parking. There was free street side parking at the front and side of the building, but unless you were parked before about 9 AM you would struggle to find a space until about 5.30 as lots of workers and locals used the spaces to park for free. The evening were not so bad, although I parked my car for the majority of my four day stay and walked around the area or caught the train to visit other places of interest.

Overall good but let down by cleanliness and noise

Spacious apartment with a great view and comfortable beds. We were a family of 5 adults and could fit reasonably well although there were only 4 mugs and 4 dining chairs. Once a couple of our party had returned to work, there was plenty of space for 3 of us.

Unfortunately it was very noisy. The Marina is home to several bars and restaurants including one right next door and on Friday/Saturday nights there was shouting until after 2am. It's also adjacent to a working port. The ship that arrived at the dock next to the apartment building during our stay (end June 25) was unloaded on 2 days from 6am and left the following day at 4.50am. There is also work happening on the opposite side involving jack hammers from 7.30am. While we appreciate that all of this is out of the host's control, the cleanliness of the apartment was our other issue. The fridge and worktop was clean and the table beautifully laid but the floors needed cleaning, especially around the edges and it was dusty with hairs everywhere.

the location was perfect accessable to ev erything, the apartment was fabulous with everything we needed home away from home in the USA...plenty of sheets,pillows,towel,toiletries..there was spices, milk,teabags and other things complimentary for us, so thoughtful...We were sorry to leave, Cannot wait to book this apartment again. the balcony was wonderful to watch the boats sail by..We loved the restaurants and stores a few minutes walk from us...Thanks to our host who is a wonderful friendly helpful man...we loved the whole experience. Thank you!!!!

Great little flat.

I stayed here with my wife and son of 5 years, and we enjoyed the flat a lot. It was well presented and had a great view of the marina. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and saucepans, etc. for self-catering. Also, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars along the marina. The bathrooms came with shower gels and plenty of towls. The flat is a 10 minute drive from Jimmy's farm, which is what brought us to the area. I would highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment.

It was a very nice apartment, right on the river with lovely views. It was very spacious and beautifully presented. The location was excellent and just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Ipswich. Parking was excellent, directly outside the apartment. Anyone would be pleased to stay in this apartment.

Key collection and drop off were not great. We had to find a newsagents, which at four in the afternoon was a 10 minute drive. Returning the keys the following morning was an eight minute drive. The sofa needed to be cleaned better, as it had food crumbs in between all the cushions. The radiators in both the bathrooms did not work.

Very pleasant apartment, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Nice view over river/marina.

Parked easily in street outside, but sometimes few places left to park. I believe there is a dedicated parking space but not sure of its location.
