Have stopped in Ipswich before but always around the Marina. This time needed to stay nearer Christchurch park to visit
Ideally situated for our needs. Short walk to town and the marina. Everything was clean , tidy and comfortable. Stuart very helpful with parking and checking we had everything. Nice friendly pub opposite will definitely stay again

Great short stay in this quirky apartment.
The location was great as we were attending the racing at Foxhall Stadium. We were able to park right outside both days. The industrial lights, lamps etc and the galvanised conduit for switches really suits the apartment and the flexible layout is very clever. The roof terrace is a nice touch for relaxing with dinner.
The only small thing was some blackout shades might be a good idea as the outside lights from the pub over the road keep the main living area quite bright. But it certainly wouldn't stop me staying here again.

Great place that was perfect for 2 couples.
Perfect for 2 couples with the separate bathroom facilities. Loved the quirky nature of the place and the location. Would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable apartment
I really liked the flexibility of the space, depending on who is visiting. It's really practical and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and he really cared that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was an ideal apartment for our needs.

Nice and clean, landlord very freindly and welcoming. Me and work college was working in Ipswich. Came across this apartment and was really pleased with our stay. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay, great place. But wish we had known about the pay & park around the corner, when we arrived.
Very spacious, unusual building, very nicely converted. Had everything we had hoped for. Roof terrace was great as it was very hot while we were there. pub across the road was great, very friendly landlord.
Parking!! There were cars parked on the wide pavement when we arrived, so we parked there too. Unfortunately we got a parking ticket at 6.42 am. We realised we could park around the corner in the pay & park, £3.00 a day!
