Air conditioned Modern 3 Bedroom Town House

Location and proximity to town centre. Had its own private l, secure garden and parking. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms.

Was quite sparse and although sofas and beds were comfortable - didn’t feel homely or welcoming but as a base to explore was great. Did say it had streaming services but was unable to access that in the TV - but all very minor negatives.

Before arriving I was a sent step by step on how to find the property making it as simple as possible, there were 6 of us for the weekend so it was spacious enough it really did feel like a home away from home. There was teas and coffee with all kitchen utensils needed to cook a full meal, Towels were provided making it one less thing to pack. Washing machines down the bottom and the rooms on top floor giving that a minimum noise also, having two showers made it much easier for maximum guests. Garden was a great space if i had my dog she’d have had a ball, 15/20 minutes walk to the town depending what way your walking, local shop on the corner if you went left of the housing estate was open passed 11. Will be booking again in the future happily with my kids this time

Everything was fab only fault would the beds being on the firmer side making them slightly uncomfortable

Very easy to find. Quiet area. Lovely and clean. Easy access. Nice garden area. Within 15-20 mins walk of the waterfront / marina. Very close by for visiting Ipswich Town FC, which is why we stayed there ( 2 adults and 2 children ). All 3 bedrooms on the same floor.

TV in the living room was a little on the small size for the size of the room.

Property was good but only able to use one shower between 4 of us as water temperature was faulty in main bathroom also dishwasher was faulty, and the owner was not returning calls or emails until we were leaving the housing. the estate was very rough and lots of rubbish around and very noisy due to loud music and neighbours arguing late at night.the cleaners arrived and were very rude for us still being in the property at 11 even though we got permission to stay till 12 so we had to leave.also the owner was rude as we took our dog with us even though it says pet friendly not a happy stay considering it was a sad visit due to family funeral.could of done without the extra stress
