The bedrooms were nice, beds comfortable too. Lots of space at the property.
A neighbouring car made parking more difficult than it needed to be, and with the property being in a community, you could hear lots going on after 22:00

It was comfortable and clean and secure. Not far from the waterfront. The air con was lush after a hot day in the sun.
The boiler is quite noisy

Location and proximity to town centre. Had its own private l, secure garden and parking. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms.
Was quite sparse and although sofas and beds were comfortable - didn’t feel homely or welcoming but as a base to explore was great. Did say it had streaming services but was unable to access that in the TV - but all very minor negatives.

It had parking for two vehicles, multiple showers and WCs, could walk to a corner shop for bits.
It was hot when we stayed, the aircon is on the middle floor so the bedrooms on the top floor were hot, wasn’t very comfortable on the bed and ended up sleeping on the floor, woken up by seagulls around 3.45am as the window was open. Quite a busy estate with children playing in the evening, so a bit noisy but not late.
