Very disappointing and greatly overpriced, it would be reasonable at half the rate.

The location was very good but few shops or restaurants nearby. The area was generally quiet but near a very busy road.

The building was undergoing major building works that were't informed of prior to arrival. The carpark was unavailable due to the building works, the temporarily allowed parking space was over 800 paces away. The views were restricted by scaffolding and netting. Balconies were unavailable for 5 1/2 days a week. No wardrobe of other clothes hanging available in the second bedroom. The shower temperature in the second shower was not working, full hot or full cold only. Lots of lightbulbs were out. No local information included, medical, shopping, restaurants which would be useful. No DVD player was included. No instruction books for most of the equipment.

Could not stay there and rebooked in a hotel near by the owners refused to refund , I highly recommend avoid

Property was under major exterior construction Misleading information on the extent and scale of the works . Outside space is dangerous Interior is tired and has damage not in keeping with the description or pricing

Ipswich Visit

The view was amazing. The location was superb, close to all amenities. Walking distance from University of Suffolk, train station, supermarkets, restaurants, churches, the shopping malls and areas shops.

Disposing of the garbage was an issue, I didn't know how to. Setting the water temperature in the common bathroom was a headache. In the on suite bathroom only 1 roof light was working.

The terrace and the views were amazing! Being right above the marina you could see for miles. The penthouse was very clean and had all needed for a little/long break away. The gentleman that met us to hand over the keys was very nice and explained everything down to a T to us. Will 100% be booking again. Best break away we've had in a while!

a lovely penthouse with exceptional views and ideal location

the location and views from the property were fantastic, very spacious living room area that fit the family comfortably , the master bedroom was spacious with ensuite shower/toilet. i particularly liked the secure parking. i did have a mini panic attack when i looked into the garage space only to see a different car in my spot, all became clear when i opened the garage door tho. the platform which you park on moves, so i assume when somone else acesses the garage door your car moves to make room for the next car.

unfortunately the penthouse wasnt cleaned properly, there were toenail clippings on the living room carpet, the bin in the kitchen was full of rubbish, the dishwasher was clogged and unuseable and there was what looked like blood on the bathroom floor. A shame really as everthing else was great

Everything you need for a short or long stay, not as luxurious as it appears.

Good location for the centre and marina area. Good car parking facilities. Friendly helpful man gave us keys and showed us the accommodation.

Needs a deep clean. No welcome hamper despite it being advertised on Booking.com - on enquiry we were told this is for direct booking only. Over priced.

The welcome pack was amazing. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and flexible according to our needs. Lovely outdoor terrace with great views.

Second bedroom beds were a little soft for my liking.

Very minor issue with shower over bath & faulty light in kitchen but didn’t spoil the stay !

Everything, penthouse was amazing. Lovely & clean, lovely decor & very comfortable. The views of the marina were great! They have thought of every thing & supplied all the essentials. The welcome hamper on the first day was a lovely touch! A great base to explore surrounding areas. Walking distance to pubs,restaurants & town if you fancy a bit of shopping.

Excellent location, beautifully furnished and outstanding views.

The penthouse is beautiful, in an excellent location and has outstanding views. It was very well equipped and the welcome hamper was extremely generous.

Messages from the manager were partly automated which caused some confusion prior to arrival. However they did deal with everything that was needed so overall was fine
