We had a great time!

Location great, lots of space in the flat, enough crockery etc, great instructions and good price.

There was a pizza box on the front stairs with pizza crusts in it. Lots of rubbish in the gardens of adjacent flats, bath mat was a bit scary! Our flat was a bit dusty in places. But really it's more about your neighbours and we were happy!

This is a great and surprisingly spacious apartment right in the centre of Ipswich, very welcoming, nicely furnished and clean and had everything I needed. Thanks for a great stay.

It’s a great place to stay.

It’s a lovely property and fantastic to allow parking for 2 cars. The welcome basket of goodies were much appreciated. Good location for us. Best thing, ours was a ground floor appt.

The sensor light that can on way to regularly. But having said that on the second night it didn’t disturb me at all.

It is a great place to stay, extremely comfortable and I would recommend it to others.

The property was very clean, facilities great and location was fantastic. Nick was very responsive when we reported an issue, and he was lovely to meet.

The only thing that let our stay down, a little, was the use of the shower/bath. The shower was either cold or boiling hot, nothing in between. Couldn’t run a bath because the plug would not stay depressed. Nick came to have a look at the shower and plug, plug was to be fixed after we left. We continued to just have cold showers as it was a few days.

It was very clean. Ruth and Nick were super responsive. Allowed me to change the schedule last minute.

Some confusion over access including a potential scam seeking personal banking information and funds in contradiction to stated policy. Never really had a clear explanation of this from owners... booking.com should inquire... quite disturbing and created considerable anxiety.

Would recommend for business people or two adult couples.

Superb location, only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but the apartment wasn't too noisy. Short walk to the interesting waterfront area. Recently refurbished apartment, with good heating, wifi, safe parking and a large lounge / dining area. Shower and bath were good.

Great Location for our stay

The location was terrific. Steps from the main downtown with its groceries and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Ipswich Town football match. The apartment had a full kitchen, good Telly and wireless. Beds were comfortable. Secluded off the street parking.

Carpets needed a little more TLC. The kettle needed decalcifying. We had trouble with the shower handle being very difficult to turn and when we texted/emailed the landlord about it, she was slow in responding and not very helpful

Location was excellent with ample eateries in walking distance. Very quiet. Well equipped kitchen

Parking bays could do with having their numbers repainted as you cannot make out any numbers at all. More signage would be useful as there were 3 couples including ourselves wandering around trying to figure where each flat was. TV programme choice was very limited

Location good, spacious rooms. Ruth was very accommodating with an late checkout at 12.

No hotwater for the weekend despite the boiler being switched on. £50 cleaning fee is steep! Flat was tidy, but not fully clean. Work surfaces were clear but not clean, glasses had to be washed before use as marks on them and makeup stains on the carpet from previous lets.

it’s a personal thing but I found that the blinds in the bedrooms don’t keep enough light out which can make it difficult to sleep if you’re not a morning person.

Well presented property with parking in convenient central location.

Convenient central location with secure off road parking. Property had the facilities we required, it was generally clean, well presented and spacious for a smaller property. Main entrance was at the front and the car park could be accessed from the rear of the property as well.

Toilet seat required repair, oven needed a clean inside, freezer was iced up - needs defrosting. Storage heaters were not that effective - one was displaying an error code. There were no fire instructions, fire blanket/fire extinguisher.
