Worth the money. Great location as we were aiming to be close to Yas Island. Accomodates a family very well.

Great location but not great customer service

Location. Close to Yas Island. Gym was good.

Unsatisfactory customer service. Instructions need to be clear when checking in as it’s not easy to enter the building and requires clear guidance. The receptionist needs to be knowledgeable, we wanted to get to our Uber and even providing us with instructions to get to the front of the building was complicated. Also although our check in was at 4pm I informed them by 12pm if we could get the room earlier by 2pm as the check out is at 11am. They stated it was fine as long as the room was available and cleaned. We got in by 4:30pm! Apologizing to us that the previous occupants left at 1pm! Had I been informed earlier I would have managed my time better instead of being put on a hold and wait position. Plus the bathrooms needs an upgrade.

We as a family had the best time in YAS Island because we stayed in your property

Luxury, clean and spacious with all facilities and amenities and self check in self check out

We had a great stay! very comfy and clean

The host was very nice and allowed us early check in as we arrived earlier and would have otherwise had to wait round the airport. really clear instructions were given to get the keys. The view was very nice.

The address wasnt so clear and the taxi driver had a hard time finding it.
