A well-located, spacious, and fully equipped apartment with a nice pool view, ideal for relaxing family stays, despite m

• Excellent location. • The apartment is well arranged and well maintained. • Nice pool view from the second floor. • Three bedrooms plus a maid’s room, which is very suitable for a large family. • The apartment is fully equipped with all essential kitchen needs. • All bedrooms are spacious and overlook the swimming pool. • The dining table area is partially separated from the living room, which provides better privacy and organization. • The location is very convenient and close to all essential services on Reem Island. • Very close to the Corniche, making it highly recommended for relaxing holidays.

• There was a long discussion regarding providing a dedicated parking slot for the apartment, as initially only visitor parking was offered. • The issue had to be escalated to Booking.com; however, it was eventually resolved before arrival. • There was a slight and relatively minor delay in response time.

The space is big and very accessible to malls , parks and convenience stores.

Excellent Stay

We stayed at this apartment in Radiant Square Reem Island for a short business trip as we had a conference in ADGM, and I must say we really enjoyed it. The apartment is very elegant, spotless, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and easy to follow, and even accessing the parking was hassle-free thanks to the host’s clear instructions. The location is excellent close to the mall and groceries, which made our stay more comfortable. The building looks brand new, while a few facilities are still not operational, the host had informed us in advance, so it was not an issue at all. The host was also very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall, a great stay that made our business trip much easier and more enjoyable.

Apartament położony w nowej dzielnicy Al Reem, Bardzo cicha, spokojna i przede wszystkim bezpieczna okolica. W pobliżu restauracje i sklepy spożywcze. W niedalekiej odległości galeria handlowa. Obiekt strzeżony, przy wejściu do budynku ochrona. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, niczego podczas pobytu nam nie brakowało. W strefie ogólnodostępnej siłownia (oddzielna dla mężczyzn i kobiet) oraz basen z podgrzewaną wodą. Na miejscu cały czas ratownik. Ze względu na umiejscowienie basenu słońce tylko w godzinach porannych aczkolwiek nie był to problem. Z czystym sumieniem polecam wszystkim ten apartament.

- Nie jest to zastrzeżenie, a jedynie niewielka sugestia. Przy dłuższych pobytach lub większych grupach zdecydowanie przydałaby się zmywarka na wyposażeniu. - Często w godzinach porannych włączał się alarm na kilkadziesiąt sekund.

الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة فيها جميع الاحتياجات وادوات المطبخ. توفر المسبح والجم في اوقات مناسبة. يوج د مطعم ومقهى ارابسك في المقابل ويوجد سوبرماركت قريب بجوار مطعم ارابسك. طاقم العمل يستجيب عن طريق الواتس اب ولاكن لم يتم حل مشكلة ريسيفر القنوات.

خدمة التلفزيون كانت متعطلة وعند الطلب للإصلاح لم يتمكنوا من الإصلاح ولم يتم استبدال الريسيفر. المواقف في قبو العمارة لم تكن واظحه في البدايه لان المجمع يحتوى على أكثر من عماره ولا تدري اي المواقف التي تتبع شقتك. لايوجد خدمة التنظيف الا بمقابل مالي إضافي.
