The property is professionally managed and the agency has onsite team to attend to any issues. We travelled with 2 kids and we completely felt at home. The property had everything for anyone to feel like at home.
They are very prompt in answering any queries. We had enquired about a rice cooker. Although it was not part of the property, they were courteous enough to send it across through their staff. Their staff is always a call away to attend any problems in the property.
If not for the Sofa, I would have given 10 out of 10. I think Sofa required a bit of cleaning. Although it was manageable, but once in few months, a deep cleaning will be the icing on the cake.

The location , the apartment is really spacious and very clean
The AC was not going below 21 which is a bit warm for us although I inquired and they guided me to adjust it from the main panel in the living room but it was still warm

1.The shower at the master bedroom drain not working
2. car park was taken by somebody else.
3. The information about the car-parking it was wrong B622 there’s no B only A
