Absolutely Unacceptable – Humiliating and Disastrous Experience

This was, without any exaggeration, one of the most humiliating and disastrous accommodation experiences I have ever had — and unfortunately, it happened for the second time. Previously, I booked through Yas website and faced the exact same chaos. I still decided to give this place another chance by booking through Booking, hoping things would improve. Instead, the experience was significantly worse. I booked and paid in full. They contacted me via WhatsApp requesting passport copies and car ownership documents, which I provided immediately. Despite this, upon arriving late at night, I was stopped at the gate, sent to the wrong building, then sent back again. After wasting a long time, I was treated with extreme rudeness and told that I had no booking at all, even while showing full confirmation and proof of payment. The staff took zero responsibility and kept saying, “Contact the person who messaged you, this is not our problem.” I was left outside at night, forced to make calls and wait endlessly, while security continuously harassed me to move my car, claiming parking is not allowed before apartment handover. The behavior of the staff was disgraceful, but the worst part was the manager, Ahmed, whose attitude was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. After more than an hour of arguments and phone calls, I finally received the apartment. I was told the parking card would be inside the apartment. It turned out to be non-functional. The next morning, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, multiple people repeatedly rang my doorbell demanding that I leave, even though I only entered the apartment at midnight due to their own delays. When I checked out, I left the useless parking card on the table. Despite this, the manager called me several times in an extremely rude manner, falsely accusing me of not returning the card and aggressively demanding 250 AED payment. This place operates with zero respect, zero organization, and zero professionalism.

Beautiful room with great service!

Location was great and the room was beautiful! Love the great service and how well kept the room is! i love love the property and the management really were attentive and prompt in responses and extremely helpful.

Just one thing i didnt like was that the flooring was extremely slippery, like it was cleaned using soap. We almost fell multiple times on bare feet. The slipper given made it worse!

Bad experience in all aspects

Many things I didn't like Starting from check in timing, I requested during booking for early check-in, they said it will be on the day on the check-in based on the availability and the official check-in time is 3pm , I followed up with them at 12noon same day they said cleaning is taking place and they will confirm once room is ready , I reached the room 3:30pm to check in found the room not cleaned and 10 minutes later cleaning person just show up to start cleaning, I officially checked-in at 5pm, next day they were chasing me to check out at 11am , cleaning of the floor was not done in any way, it was smelling bad , bathrooms cleaning was terrible, flat was smelling bad and I hadn't any other option and they refused to cancel the booking I had the worst experience ever, team were not supportive and they don't care basically, no good service

Overall a very good stay but if you search something calm without loud air traffic noise avoid these appartments.

The property was clean and the staff responded with problems super fast. Also the apartment is located perfectly if you want to family activities on Yas Island.

Nowhere you can read that this apartment is direct under the departure and arrival of Abu Dhabi international airport. My wife really did not appreciated this kind of noise. During night also. If you look for a calm stay … don‘t choose this place. Finally no dishwasher which we knew from before to be fair but that is missing piece so you can enjoy the vacation more. Also improve and give clear instructions where the parking spot is.

Just the location

Horrible experience right from check in until check out. When we arrived, the reception didn’t have a confirmation of the booking, sent us to a different building, called us back, wasted around 40-45 mins to get a confirmation from the host to let us in. The apartment was open from before and not locked which was weird, coz then there is no point of check in, locking the keys in a locket etc. anyone can directly access the apartment from the parking basement. And as we entered the apartment, a big surprise that water is leaking from the roof in the kitchen. Reported it and wasted another one hour for maintenance to come and temporarily stop the water, by the time it was already midnight. The apartment was not clean, the dust all over place. After all this experiences, I just requested an extended check out for extra two hours and the host refused it and only allowed extra one hour, not thinking of the time they wasted and bad experiences we had. Check out: at sharp 11am there were some people knocking the door asking to check out, though I have informed the host we will check out at 12 and was agreed by host, the repeated the same at 12pm sharp while we are just about to leave, such a disappointing experience which suppose to be a happy family outing.

Its in a middle of yas island, easy to reach whether from Abudhabi or other Emirates, very cozy and convenient for family staycation with kids, loved the apartment style and the rooms that constructed to accommodate many people

Absolutely amazing stay in the heart of the entertainment capital of Abu Dhabi.

The comfort of the apartment was great for a family vacation. The location was perfect to get around Yas Island. All the big activities were really close by. The Carrefour is literally across the road. The host was always reachable and hospitable. The WiFi connection was amazing.

It had no wifi. They promised a 50% refund of my stay but they never did. Staff is poor in communication and unprofessional. Facility was not ready for customers to stay.
