Check-in was very easy, with clear instructions. The staff were always available and happy to help with any questions. When we reported a damaged frying pan, they replaced it very quickly, within an hour. They responded almost instantly to messages, even at night and early in the morning.
The apartment was clean and had a fantastic view. The bed linen was clean and of good quality, and everything we needed for laundry and cleaning was provided.
In my opinion, the apartment was overpriced. Only after arriving did we check Airbnb and find apartments in the same building that appeared identical to ours, listed for 20–30% less. Over an eight-night stay, this amounted to a significant difference in cost.
We also saw a cockroach in the kitchen, which was very unpleasant.

Clear instructions were provided for online check-in, check-out and collection of key.
Suggested to keep a new dish washing scrub and few more drinking water bottles.
