Comfortable stay in a quiet location, especially great for families with children.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-day stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and other amenities. The heated swimming pools were the highlight of our trip – perfect for both adults and children. We also appreciated the quiet location, and the grocery store reachable through the parking area without going outside

The apartment felt a bit worn, the shower water pressure was very low, and we found some dirty plates in the kitchen. The listing photos were of different apartments, which was a bit confusing.

I'd surely book this again

Support during the arrival and all the check-in progress was extremely smooth. The apartment was incredible, a lot of space, very clean, basically one private bathroom for each bedroom.

Few elevators to reach that floor so often we had to wait to manage to take an elevator

This apartment was great, 3 bedrooms, additional room for the housemaid, very nice and cooperative staff, great facilities including gym, swimming pool, kids playground and free parking. I totally recommend it for family staying in Abu Dhabi

Good location, good property, management mix ups.

Property was very well furnished and well kitted. It has everything that you can need for an extended stay. Everything was tidy and clean. Also the location is very good. There is a small retail centre attached to the property with couple of grocery shops and a few cafes. Also there are good amenities within the building including swimming pool and gyms. You also have a large gym within the retail centre but you need membership for that.

Basement car park and the corridors are almost constantly smelly, seems like a building issue. Also there don't seem to be enough lifts so there is always extended wait at the lifts specially at peak times. The most surprising and annoying one is that Desertkey kept on mixing up things - I sent them my ID and car details and day before check in they were asking for these again, they sent me welcome message for a wrong location, I agreed check out details well in advance and yet on the same day in the evening I again received message regarding check out, after the check out day I received message asking me when I would check out. Seems like some kind of system issue where they are not able to track guests properly.

Very nice location, great pool and facilities. Big spacious apartment with an awesome view. Small mall nearby including a supermarket. only few minutes away from down town.

elevator sometimes takes a long time to arrive and can become crowdy. Might take sometime few minutes for taxi's to get to the main entrance.

Csodálatos kilátás, szuper úszómedencék, hotel minőségű szobák, elegáns berendezés. Szuperül éreztük magunkat ebben a felhőkarcolóban. Kényelmesen elfértük 13 fővel. Megtapasztaltuk azt is, hogy milyen amikor a felhők fölött csak a felhőkarcolók teteje látszik ki.

A dupla ágyas panorámás szobához tartozó fürdőszoba kicsit lelakott volt.

اذا تبغى رحلتك تخرب وتتعكر استأجر فيها

المكان قذر بشكل ما يوصف، الى درجة وجود دود اجلكم الله وعند الدخول لم تنظف الشقة تنظيف جيد وابلغتهم وبعد ساعة اخبروني بان الفريق سوف يصل بعد 40 دقيقة طبعا خليت خادمتي تنظف ولم انتظرهم وجدت بقايا اكل وبقايا شعر اجلكم الله للسكان السابقين مع العلم ان تكلفة التنظيف مدفوعة لا تشمل قيمة الاقامة كما ابلغوني بانهم سوف يعطوني عرض بان يرسلون الفريق ينظف الشقة، لا اعلم كيف يكون هذا عرض، وانا قد دفعت سعر التنظيف، عند مناقشتهم اخبروني بان هذا سعر للتنظيف بعد ما تمشي، وهذا خداع مكشوف لاني دخلت الشقة وهي غير نظيفة لا احكي لك عن الروائح في ممرات البرج وهذا لا يليق بمكانة برج كهذا ولا يليق بالدولة

Tolle Wohnung mit super Service

Eine tolle und geräumige Wohnung, sehr sauber und ruhig. Im Gebäude (durch die Tiefgarage) ist ein Supermarkt, es gibt 2 schöne Pools und ca. 50m von denen hat das Nachbargebäude noch einen Pool den man auch nutzen kann. Die Pools liegen zum größeren Teil im Schatten und können dadurch auch gut bei über 35 Grad genutzt werden. Einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage hat man auch. Ganz besonders gut fanden wir den Service (über WhatsApp) , hier war immer jemand erreichbar und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

موظفي الخدمة غير متعاونيين، لا يوجد مرشد المواقف مجانية ولكن يصعب الوصول اليها الا بمرشد، الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة، عدم الالتزام بالتوقيت للسماح لنا بالدخول وكان عمال التنظيف يعملوا في تنظيف الغرفة وقد استغرقوا ساعة ونصف حتى نتمكن من الدخول، غير ذلك أنه تم احتساب قيمة التنظيف 500 درهم على اعتبار أن خدمة التنظيف احترافية الا أنهم في حجز البوكنيج وضعوا سعر الغرفة حد أدنى والأصل أن يشملها التنظيف دون رسوم، وقد خدعونا بهذه الحركة اللاخلاقية وسوف أتقدم بشكوى ضدهم بوزارة السياحة .
