The property was quite wide and comfortable, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, with 1 half toilet for living room. It has a kitchen and balcony. Also it has a washing machine. The apartment manager Mr Ahmed was helpful, he supports on everything on spot.
The curtain needs to be washed as it was dusty, bedsheets should washed properly.

Great location, nice interior decoration and good value for money. Friendly and responsive staff.
The apartment was not clean, walking in the apartment will get your feet to be black. The toilet was not clean in one bathroom. No facial tissue boxes, the dental kits were less than the number of the guests although they confirmed that it will be provided as per the guest number. Only 2 bottles of water were provided which is considered less quantity for 4 bedrooms apartment.
No late check out was offered even for 30 minutes. The instructions were not very clear and to access the car parking in the basement, you need to call the security guard and inform him/her the apartment number. There was also only one access key to the building which is not practical for a big family.
