Clean, comfortable and well managed apartments - everything required for stress free, relaxing break!

The property was well located for the 4 theme parks on Yas Island, there was a supermarket 50 metres away for all the essentials and the beds were super comfy!

The property is on the flight path for the airport, so it could be quite noisy at times, if the aircraft were taking off in that direction.

Abu Dhabi escape

Really comfortable beds, Netflix open and the location with a really nice place for breakfast (Le Brioche) and a Carrefour market. Also a bar to have a drink after dinner. The view is stunning for a cup of tea while reading my book.

The cleaning could be better. The plates and bowls were wet inside the kitchen cupboard. Also the corridors in the common areas had a lot of rubish. And it would be a plus if we had a couple of coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine.

Great stay with a nice and comfortable stay

The host was super nice and ensured everything went smooth and he was also able to support even post 10 PM. The view, location and experience was great, a pony’s they have is a massive kids playground behind the building. We really enjoyed to a point my kids didn’t want to leave 😄

The only thing was just general things that honestly most don’t look into but my ADHD just kicks in sometimes, e.g. the iron steam settings were broken, washing machine needed some cleaning which I was happy to do but I’m sure if I asked the host he would got them fixed and cleaned directly. It’s Just a suggestion for next visits as I’m sure will be coming back

Great apartment but require some improvements

Great location, nice interior decoration and good value for money. Friendly and responsive staff.

The apartment was not clean, walking in the apartment will get your feet to be black. The toilet was not clean in one bathroom. No facial tissue boxes, the dental kits were less than the number of the guests although they confirmed that it will be provided as per the guest number. Only 2 bottles of water were provided which is considered less quantity for 4 bedrooms apartment. No late check out was offered even for 30 minutes. The instructions were not very clear and to access the car parking in the basement, you need to call the security guard and inform him/her the apartment number. There was also only one access key to the building which is not practical for a big family.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Spacious, modern and clean.

Very easy process as we were met by Ahmed on arrival, he gave us the keys and showed us around the property.

The cleanliness of the place was not up to standard. A fire alarm went off very loudly in the early hours of the morning, and the aircraft noise was also quite disturbing. They ask you to leave at 11 AM for check out and dont have a place to keep your bags after check out if you have late flight!

The hotel location is excellent easy access to all them parks and Yas mall, self service hotel

There was no breakfast, location is very good

The booking did not spacify that the hotel is self service, no one to collect the luggeges, no cleaning facility unless you pay, only one key avaiailable which is not safe or comfort, I had issue with my internet wifi, although they came to fix but did not work, the seat cover in the master room was damaged, the glass to prevent water spplash from shower was too short causing water splash. beside these all acceptable

Excellent Location

Property was outstanding and very clean. We were 6 adults and 1 child in or party and more than enough space. Had a small repair required during the stay and was sorted within the hour. Excellent location for visiting all Theme Parks and Mall at Yas Island. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful — spacious and beautifully designed, with two comfortable bedrooms that felt like home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, showing great attention to cleanliness and detail. The staff were incredibly kind and flexible, even allowing a late checkout which made our stay stress-free. The private parking space was a huge plus, making everything more convenient. Its location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better, only minutes away from all the parks, making it the perfect base for exploring and enjoying our trip to the fullest. The apartment is in a great location, minutes away from all the main attractions (seaworld, Ferrari world, Warner bros, water park and yas mall). The apartment itself is great, clean and exceptional front staff. The agency is really quick in responding to any queries and can't help you enough! Affordable 5 star hotels apartment

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Well-Equipped, and Great Location! We had a wonderful experience staying at this four-bedroom apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, which immediately made us feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and appliances we needed – perfect for preparing meals during our stay. The apartment was thoughtfully prepared with plenty of fresh towels for everyone, which was a big plus. The location was also ideal – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it super easy to get around and explore the area. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, answering our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. The access instructions were clear and well-written, making check-in a breeze. There are Two underground parking spots. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Location of the property was very closed of all Yas parks. Parking was good. Appartment size was big and good for big family.

There was an unpleasant smell in the appartment, seems like something wrong with the ventlation system sucking out the bad smell from the toilets drain hole. I bought some air refreshner and used it everytime i entered the appartment.

The master bedroom’s bathroom shower was clogged!! I couldnt stand in shower for more than 2 mins as the water was all gathered around my feet. And the person in charge was nagging to empty the hotel room.
