Very quick, just a door passkey and there you go, we are IN. very accommodating and very quick arrangement for us, no waiting time.
The swimming pool, as it is not designed for the kids, However we still enjoyed it.

No dedicated parking for all the guest. You need to pay extra for them to arrange.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were OK.
Plenty of contact which was good
Bathroom decor needs some attention as does the kitchen. Just enough crockery for one sitting. No dishwasher powder provided and nothing to clean surfaces with. Location seems to be an issue with local drivers as there are 4 Shaheem Towers in the area, and we visited them all !!!!
