Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach.

Equipment and furniture in appartment is old, sometimes not working or chairs are almost falling apart, sofa bed extremely small and unconfortable, kitchen appliances poor, no toaster, roasty hangers for towels, soap thing not working…

Spacious is not enough...

The location was great.

The flat was spacious but empty. We couldn't find even a cloth in the kitchen. The utensils are old and rusty (pans, kettle). The windows are dirty. We couldn't open them. The flat has two rooms with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Difficult to fit 6 people. We had a small towel with no spare ones. It seems like the place is abandoned to itself. The pictures are way better than what we saw in reality. Some attention to details would improve the quality and standard of the property a lot.

Comfortable, Clean Stay with Helpful Host

We were a group of three and stayed on the 10th floor at the end of a quiet corridor. The apartment was super functional, with three bedrooms each having its own attached bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. For morning coffee, Starbucks was just a two-minute walk away—our go-to spot! For dinner, we loved Tanuren, a great Middle Eastern restaurant only five minutes from the building. Right near the restaurant, there’s a BIG Mart where we stocked up on fruits, snacks, and essentials for our stay. What really stood out was how quickly Riley answered our questions—within two minutes every time, which was amazing!

The only thing we noticed amiss was that soap and shampoo were missing from the bathroom dispensers

Great, value for money stay near corniche beach!

The property was spacious, had ample room. Owner tried very much to make things comfortable and was accomodative as well. They also helped with our luggage request to keep it in the separate room after checking out.

I think it had some smell coming from kitchen and overall rooms - the property could use some good air freshners for giving guest a fresh feeling. Overall host tried to provide great experience, but this was a big drawback. Also, there was only handwash, could have either clarified if there is a soap or bodywash available or is it the same.

Nice spacious apartment

This property is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a small bed room ( total 3 bedrooms) plus 4 toilets. The location is pretty central. Very good value for money, especially if you have a large family or many number of guests.

Very basic amenities are provided. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable. Hardly any views as this property is at the side of the building. This is a very basic property. However, the price is very reasonable.

Worst customer service experience ever!

. We booked from 2–4 May and informed the property we’d arrive at 12am on the 3rd, Despite the policy saying “children of all ages are welcome,” the security(Mr.Kareem) refused to check us in until 3am, saying we had too many children(we had a 2 year old and one 10 year old) He was rude, gave no contact for management(said they live overseas), and told us to message on Booking.com—no one replied. He even asked my husband to sleep in reception with one child. No help, no empathy. We offered to pay extra but were told to find another hotel. We had elderly with us and were left stranded in a foreign country. Extremely disappointing and stressful.

Ottima posizione

Ottima posizione, dalla quale si possono raggiungere agevolmente tutte le principali attrazioni di Abu Dhabi, inoltre nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti numerosi servizi (supermarket, ristoranti, money exchange ecc). Nei dintorni transitano moltissimi taxi pertanto risulta molto semplice prenderli.

Erano presenti solo gli asciugamani grandi per la doccia, mancavano asciugamani piccoli. Nonostante l'aria condizionata dell'appartamento fosse spenta, si avvertiva un leggero ronzio probabilmente generato dall'impianto di ricircolo dell'aria che a quanto pare è continuamente attivo.

Appartamento molto grande e pulito

Mancanza di finestre e di luce. Mancanza di riscaldamento: quando siamo arrivati nell’appartamento c’erano 16 gradi, abbiamo dovuto spegnere l’aria condizionata e chiedere delle stufette ad aria alla reception per poterci stare. Senza finestre e con l’aria condizionata spenta però non c’è ricircolo di aria 🫤 Blatte in cucina e in bagno.
