We only good things i can say about this apartment is the location and security guy who was very helpful

The apartment was dirty, broken furniture, bathroom floor was always flooded after the shower. I understand that its affordable place to stay but there should be some standards.

Although everything was good but no person to interact personally as there were 2-3 things needed attention but overall it was good 👍

Indian bread making utensil i.e tava was missing, gas exhaust i.e chimney was not working less water for drinking was supplied

Good apartment in Abu Dhabi

The property was well situated. The facilities were good. The 2 main bedrooms were very good size and so we’re the attached bathrooms. The kitchen was good for our family. The pool (when it was open) was nice. Check in was easy and being able to leave our luggage before and after checkin / checkout was a bonus. We were able to get late check out which was very kind and helpful. There was a portacot available too which was very handy for us. Overall - it suited the needs of our family and we made the room configurations work. The pros outweigh the cons :)

The third bedroom is tiny - it is the maid’s room - which is advertised as a single bed but should be clarified how small it is. The apartment probably needs a little love - some additional couches - one singular couch for groups of 6 is a little light, updated furniture and a little fixing here and there. The bathrooms do leak a lot of water when having a shower - even carefully - just something to be careful of. Overall - it suited the needs of our family and we made the room configurations work. The pros outweigh the cons :)

Dobry, ale niekoniecznie polecany.

Mieszkanie jest w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko 2 dość kluczowych przystanków autobusowych, więc łatwo wszędzie dojechać. Otoczone jest duża ilością sklepów. Parę minut pieszo na plażę.

W mieszkaniu są dwie duże sypialnie z dużymi oknam oraz łazienkami z prysznicem, toaletą i bidetem, oraz jeden mały pokój z jednoosobowym łóżkiem - pomieszczenie jest wielkości magazynu na szczotki, bez okna. dość ciasne i klaustrofobiczne. Ten pokój posiada również łazienkę z prysznicem i toaletą. Wszystkie łazienki mają zalaną wodą podłogę. To duże utrudnienie - każda wanna/prysznic przecieka i po umyciu się, wszędzie jest woda. W mieszkaniu jest złamana ściągaczka do wody oraz nasiąknięty woda mop, bez sitka do wiadra do odciskania wody, zatem używacie mopa nanosi jeszcze więcej wody. Wszystkie okna są bardzo brudne. Brudno jest również na dachu na basenie, gdzie są 4 leżaki i masę śmieci i ptasich odchodów, których nikt nie sprząta. Meble w mieszkaniu nie są najnowsze i wymagają zajęcia się nimi. Mieszkanie nie ma balkonu, więc nie ma gdzie suszyć prania, za to jest wysoka wilgotność powodująca że ciężko cokolwiek wysuszyć. Z szaf wydobywa się specyficzny dla zawilgotnialych miejsc zapach.
