False Advertisement, good 2.5BHK apartment

The apartment was very clean and the available room was well maintained.

False advertisement lead to major problems with my family members. The ad says 3BHK but infact it is 2.5 BHK. One bedroom is a maid room which cannot be considered as a single room. I mentioned six adults in the booking and the third room was said to be a twin room. Have photo proof. However it was only a single bed. And one person had to sleep in the sofa. I wouldnt have booked this flat if this was the case. So really unsatisfactory.

Very disappointing

This property isn’t anything like the pictures displayed, when I checked in into the apartment I realised the kitchen cabinet door was broken, the air conditioning was leaking water in my room, the bathroom slider curtain was mouldy.

Abu Dhabi in April

The apartment was huge, the bedrooms were great, and they had their own bathroom.

It did not have a toaster. The sauna, steam, and jacuzzi were not working, which was very disappointing.

We loved every moment about the stay , there is nothing bad to say it’s all good . What can improve is the amount of crockery and cutlery. That’s it other than that I will definitely book there again.

Nic, bardzo mocno odradzam wybierania tego apartamentu Mieliśmy brudne ręczniki, starą i brudną pościel. Cały apartament nie był zbyt czysty.

Brud, włosy i brudne podłogi, gdy chcieliśmy zagotować wodę w czajniku okazało się że jest tam kawa wlana z fusami! Cały apartament wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach, wszystko bardzo stare. W jednej łazience zlew nie był szczelny więc ciągle było mokro. Po kontakcie z właścicielem nie udało się odzyskać pieniędzy chociaż nie odbyliśmy tam noclegu, nie dało się. Byliśmy na rodzinnych wakacjach a warunki były nie do zaakceptowania więc szybko zmieniliśmy ten brudny apartament na coś innego. Bardzo a to bardzo nie polecam. Szkoda że mimo kontaktu z Booking nie udało się odzyskać pieniędzy. Tragedia
