Nice apartment for a short stay in Abu Dhabi

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a plus but it wasn't very well equipped. The parking on the street is paid, so it was great to have a free access to the parking.

Close to the main city centre and convenient to restaurants and shop.

The room is not bad however the bathroom is really bad, shower leaking to the main bathroom and no curtains for the bath.

Location was good, staff was friendly

It was dusty, and in some places (i.e. behind the doors, inside a fridge) it was not clean. The old condition is one thing but feeling that some parts have not been cleaned for a long time is not good.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Teh room was nice and clean. The bad was comfortable.

The apartment it's self was a little dated. But all in all I feel it was very good value for money and will stay again.

Great apartment

The flat was incredibly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping team do an excellent job everyday. Nader is very kind and the customer service is excellent and accommodating with every need. Yousef, Kero and the other team as well are all professional and great and anything I raised was fixed within minutes. Highly recommend if prefer apartments over just a hotel room as you have a kitchen and location is great can get to many places in just ten minutes. The staff really go beyond which is what made the stay perfect.

the apartment itself is clean and spacious, and the very responsive when I asked for a later check out they did not hesitate to provide it and the extra bed was already in placed in the room which made my sister happy.

Not that I did not like it, but they can provide more amenities as per the number of person booked instead of calling for it. And explain more the facilities that guests can enjoy. And one more thing was looking up the location i think because of the name change.

The rooms were spotless and modern, with a cozy touch that made me feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service was professional yet personal. The location is convenient, offering both peace and easy access to the city’s highlights. What I loved most was the atmosphere — calm, elegant, and truly relaxing. Whether you’re visiting Abu Dhabi for business or leisure, Betu is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!
