The location was very convenient for shopping and for restaurants and bars. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large balcony that gets the sun most of the day. There's also a reserved car park space in the basement.
The only criticism is not with the apartment, but with the architects of the tower block. Not sure if it's a seasonal thing or all year round, but the pool deck only had the sun between 09.00hrs (when it opens) and about 11.30hrs... so fine if you are OK with only a couple hours by the pool!

Der Standort in der Nähe von zwei Malls ist sehr gut.
Wohnung ist sehr gross.
Wohnung roch schon beim Eintreten sehr unangenehm nach einem starken Reinigungsmittel. In einem Wc unten gab es laufend einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch der nie wegging. Die Fenster waren sehr undicht, man wusste quasi nicht ob man drinnen oder draussen war auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
Sehr lächerlich war, dass man von jedem Zimmer aus sehr deutlich die Abwasserspülung vom oberen Nachbarn hörte. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Die Vermieter waren so gut wie nicht existent. Haben uns erst kurz vor dem CheckIn mit nötigen Informationen versorgt und das nur weil ich sie mehrmals darauf hingewiesen habe. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich kein einziges Mal von sich aus nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, auch nicht während des Iran Konflikts als die Sirenen heulten und wir nicht wussten wo und wie wir uns in Sicherheit bringen sollten da die Security praktisch fast nie da war. Wir wurden sogar gnadenlos am letzten Tag vor die Tür gestellt obwohl wir wegen dem Krieg fragten ob wir noch länger in der Wohnung bleiben können( wir waren mit zwei Kindern)
