The property in itself was great - clean and comfortable. Also, reasonably close to AUH airport.
a) Booking.Com presented this property as one with airport ride available. However, after I paid for the room, the property mgmt said I had to pay for taxi ride to the property. That was a surprise and I paid taxi to/fro out of pocket. Wish you guys were clear on it.
b) Very poor responses from the property mgmt to my queries. They did NOT respond room + other details until the day I was flying into AUH. At last, they responded when I wrote I would look for alternate arrangements if they would not reply in 30mins! I wish they reply to customer queries better.
For the above reasons, I will not recommend this property to anyone else.
