I will come every time to the same property

The location, the view , the service

The shower is not draining properly. The water is collecting and not flowing down the drain, which is causing water to spread across the bathroom floor.

We found the AC running with the room temperature at 20 degrees Centigrade. The AC heating mode was not operating thus overnight was a bit chilly although we stopped it. The venting system was common with the other apartments and, overnight, our apartment was flooded by kitchen smells from the cooking neighbors. On the less circulated road in front of the apartment there were several racing enthusiasts reving their V8 engines throughout the night ( we only spent one night)

Apartment is very big and spacious. But experience wasn't really satisfying.

The infrastructure near the apartment is amazing - YasMall, Ikea, grocery store&pharmacy. The Apartment is spacious, bathroom is well lighted but can't say the same about the bedroom.

There were no keys left to the building front door and we got only the keys to the apartment itself. When we decided to use microwave we were struck by a terrible smell - it smelled like someone was putting cigaretes inside. It was impossible to used it. Tableware weren't very clean. Only one coffee capsule was left with 2 persons checking in. THE AC WAS HORRIBLE! It didn't work to heat the apartment, it was warmer outside on the balcony than in an apartment! There was no way to fix this problem, we were really freezing the first night. Host suggested to turn off the AC if it didn't work. So make your own conclusions. He IGNORED all my messages here on Booking & what's app about getting a master to fix it, or replacing the apartment or at least provide a heater.

only the location was good

The location itself was good since it is on Yas Island. However, the very bad part was the receptionist, who was uncooperative and showed no initiative to offer help. Whenever we approached her with a comment or requested any service, she told us to contact the owner directly. The owner only responds on WhatsApp after 7 hours or more. Additionally, there are no staff members available to provide service, no luggage trolley, and no services at all that deserve appreciation.

Awesome Location, should have relaxed check in time and checkout

The location was excellent. The Watersedge community was great, and the apartment was conveniently close to popular attractions for kids.

During check‑in, the cleaning staff were still in the apartment until 3:10 pm, so we had to wait in the lobby after going upstairs. There was no communication about whether the room was ready or still being cleaned. Typically, when traveling with family, hotels try to accommodate early check‑in and late check‑out, but that was not the case here.

Great property for exploring the theme parks.

The property was very clean and in a good location for the theme parks. Check in was easy but it would have been nice to have been given information about the water heater and swimming pool etc.

It was fine for us, but it is very close to the airport so if you get disturbed by plane noise you will hear planes taking off and landing.

The only good thing about this apt was the soft bed

Let’s start from the very beginning. We have booked this apt for NBA game which was in oct 4th. We have arrived arund 7-8pm on 3rd and what we saw was not even close to being called a deluxe apartment. It was so dirty that I hardly even touched anything in the kitchen or living room. It was dead obvious that no cleanup was done after the past stayers. The remote of the TV was basically rotten due to humidity and was not working, the bathroom was moldy and nasty, all the windows and mirrors in finger prints, there was a residue of cigarettes on the bedroom counter. And when I have texted the owner what happened? They said they will send the cleaners in the morning, and to my question When the cleaners will arrive because it was the match day and we had lots of plans my question was left unanswered. What happened next? They texted me next day around late afternoon that the cleaners arrived and there was nobody home. Ofc nobody will be home if you cannot communicate with us when they will arrive. We have paid 1000dirhams for 2 nights. I know that some issues might happen - ppl not managing to clean on time or whatsoever - but the property definitely gave zero care about solving the issue or acting properly. So book this apartment with your own risk - or pack some desinfectants or extra bedsheets with you. Unfortunately not all the photos or videos fit the limit of posting.

Apartment wasn’t maintained

There weren’t any amenities. All the Kitchenware’s non stick coating had come off. No laundry detergent, there wasn’t any shower gel or coffee or sugar in the room. Floor qas sticky. Shower area drain was blocked and water was getting stuck.

The property was great for a weekend stay and the price was reasonable, the location was good with plenty of taxis to transport you to Yas. The property was very clean.

The shower gel and conditioner in the bathroom were empty, and there was no tea towel or bread knife, so some basic items clearly need checking before guests arrive. When booking, I was told we could use the facilities for the day, but there was no option to leave luggage anywhere. Reception refused to store it, so we left it in the changing room by the pool, only for security to make us move it outside into the blazing heat. I have never stayed anywhere that doesn’t provide luggage storage, and there was no one else at the pool, so it wasn’t affecting anyone. To add to this, the lifeguard told us we couldn’t eat or drink by the pool. While we put the food away, being told we couldn’t drink water felt unreasonable, especially in the heat. What made it worse was that the lifeguard then sat there eating his own lunch, which felt very hypocritical. Unfortunately, this experience led us to leave earlier than planned, which was a real shame.
