It was good and nice stay will all the eminities..

Everything .. just a suggestion , if RO can be installed in property it would help much.

As stated above drinking water was not made available , given three bottles of 500 ml for was not sufficient , RO installation may be good alternative and added facility.

Property had great view and apartment was very clean. It had every household item which is needed which made our stay more comfortable.

Checkin timings are 3pm which is too late, it’s very inconvinient for people coming directly from airports as groups might have kids and senior citizens also there is no place to hangout or keep our luggage

Good option for a big family

The apartment is great for big families. It has 3 proper bedrooms (one room with a double bed and two rooms with twin beds) plus one small maid’s room with a single bed. There’s one parking spot, though.

The apartment is good, but doesn’t look like new. Would be nice to: Add a dishwasher Replace some curtains (they are dirty in one of the rooms) Replace coffee tables in the living room, as they’re not kids friendly (the glass top isn’t attached and can fall)

Sustainable holiday home in Yas is the worst service provider and unprofessional whereas giving fake promises but never deliver We booked this on 30th March and locked in side the apartment for 6 hours without any services , food untill some people broke the door out and rescue us

very bad local hosting company. I think booking.com should not deal with the local company any more

The location is excellent

The apartment is fine in general however, the host company are very bad. I have rented the apartment for 3 nights starting from 20/11/2024, when I check in I noticed that there is no hot water coming from the taps for all bed rooms because the heater is not working. the response from the host was very slow and they repair the heater after 2 days. The host company and the owner of the apartment were aware about this problem as per the mentainance personnel whom informed prevoiusly the company that the heater is leaking.

Las indicaciones para el check in no fueron claras. La persona que se comunicaba a través de Booking no había con claridad como era el apartamento y cuántas camas tenía. Después pedimos dos plazas de garaje puesto que necesitábamos dos coches. Nos lo aceptaron pero al llegar a Alojamiento no teníamos la segunda plaza de garaje. Éramos siete personas y solo dejaron toallas para seis, al solicitarlo querían cobrarnos por las toallas

المكان قريب من سي وورد وفي جزيرة ياس وآمن والباركن متوفر وجميع الادوات متوفره في المطبخ التحضيري

كثرت الغبار في الشقه والاثاث كئيب و قديم والستائر سوداء والتكييف حار ولايوجد ستاره في غرفة المعيشه للنافذه المطله عالشارع !
