Good position, poor management

Location is good, nice veiw from the windows, large rooms.

The owners were not available once we arrived in Abu Dhabi, we had some problems to find the building (not only us, but even the driver who war carrying us). I tried to contact them via whatsapp and via telephone, but no one replied. We found the building, had problems with the Opening code... and disovered that the guy at the lobby knew it! During the whole staying we asked to change the code, but it was not done. This is not a safe managment. The apartment was dirty, under the beds it was full of hair, and wardrobes full of dust. The bathrooms were without curtains. I asked to have them put, and the second evening of our staying there were installed. I had asked also for an extracleaning, but it was not done (the property manager ensured us that the celaining would have been done at his presence, while we were out during the day, but it did not happen...). The apartment is well located and very large, but it should be managed much better.

Large unit near beach. Watch out for construction

Location was excellent, close to beach and restaurants. The unit is huge, and has a great dining table/living room to hang out in.

1. There was construction at all hours of the night from the building nearby. I think this was not warned about enough upfront, so would recommend checking on this. 2. The main upstairs bathroom sink was heavily clogged. 3. Would have appreciated some small amount of laundry detergent I contacted the hosts on 2 & 3 but they were not able to do anything

Very neat and calm apartment. Ideal location. Value for money. Everything was super amazing. Specially I want to thank Mariana who made this experience so easy. I was a bit worried because I had my bosses with me and I was thinking of something went wrong it would be an annoyance. But thank you Mariana for your timely Whattsapp response that you really made it very easy. The seaside view, the corniche area everything super amazing.

Honestly nothing was there that should be complained. But two things I want to advise to add the icing on the cream. Please check the T.V sets, WiFi in the rooms above and over Allan above the room windows should be cleaned from outside. But these are very very minor things. Overall I will rate it at 100 percent.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view. Great for families of up to 6. Value for money stay

The duplex apartment is lovely and exceeded our expectations of the place. The view of the Corniche beach from the large balcony (and 2 of the bedrooms) was also very special

I'd assumed I just need to show up at the hotel on the date for which the booking was made. Upon arriving there, I realised there was a (rather lengthy) check-in procedure involving entering details each of the guests staying there without which I hadn't received any of the check-in related instructions relating to the apartment number, how to access the room key etc. Thankfully, the security team obliged and guided us through this process and we were able to get in

I do not understand how this place has such good reviews, they have to be fake, or the standards of this city are really low. * The place is not like the pictures, is very run down * There is rust in every toilet * The toilets smell like pipe * The area is not nice. Surrounded by a parking lot It was a very bad surprise to arrive in this flat when it was dark, the building and entrance have very bad looks

Best place for big families near the Corniche beach.

Very nice and spacious 2levels apartment. Very close to the beach. 3 bathrooms, big living room, separate dining zone and separate kitchen. We enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host was easy. 2 min from the building there is supermarket (spar) with everything you may need.

Segítőkész szállásadó, tiszta szobák, tágas nappali. Megengedték hogy 11 óra helyett, délig maradjunk távozáskor. 🙂

Építkezés közvetlenül az épület mellett, ami éjjel-nappal zajos volt, a szellőzőnyílás éjszaka csattogott, zavarta az éjszakai pihenést. Az előző lakó étele ott maradt és bűzös volt.
