Danford House & Lodge – Your Perfect Getaway in Hartpury
Ideal for exploring Gloucester and the Cotswolds, this spacious two-floor house and self-contained lodge offer comfort and entertainment for groups. The main house features:
- A cozy lounge with a fireplace and SMART TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.) with a breakfast area
- A large dining room with a 10-seat table that converts into a 7ft pool table
- A second lounge with log burner, SMART TV, and seating for 8-10
- A luxurious family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower
Three upstairs bedrooms:
- Master Suite (king bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite)
- Blue Room (double bed)
- Flexible Attic Room (double futon + separate double bed, sleeps 4 – note low ceiling)
The separate lodge includes:
- A lounge with projector & screen (perfect for movie nights) + double sofa bed
- Kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster)
- Bedroom with super king bed & modern shower room
- Air conditioning

This is a lovely spacious house with a beautiful outlook and lots of fun things to do. We had a very enjoyable extended family weekend break there.

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds and the Wye Valley. Property is wonderful and Phil was a really helpful host. The house was really comfy, stylish and homely and the hot tub and table tennis were a real hit.
