Well presented accommodation in pretty market town

Location and apartment beautiful Lovely comfy beds Louise was responsive on messaging Louise Thankyou for our stay we will recommend your apartments to our family and friends 😊

It was very hot window locks were high had to sit with main door open a fan may have been useful Let down by very noisy family above who constantly slammed doors and were noisy through the night. They moved furniture and ran between apartments and up and downstairs. Sound proofing and soft door closures required. However this did not ruin our week and I would stay in the accommodation again (some family noise anticipated during summer holidays) highly recommend renting the garage as parking would have been difficult

A perfect place to stay and relax when visiting Cirencester for 3 days

Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. Everything appeared updated and brand new.

Wonderful spot and would absolutely stay again!

Overall this spot was amazing. Easy walk into the city centre, clean space, easy access, decorated well, etc. The space and all the amenities were as listed, including the washer/dryer which were super important to our trip. Access to the unit was also really simple and straightforward. We really enjoyed the unit and would absolutely stay here again if we're back in Cirencester!

The only negative was parking. There are a few spots out front, but they were full the entire stay. Around the apt the street parking is mainly permit only with complicated timings listed on signs, so it was stressful to find parking. (However, we are Americans, so we were trying to interpret quite a bit - it would be much more straightforward for someone from the UK!). There was also an option to pay for parking in the garage, which would have easy to set up.

Luxury apartment in the Cotswolds

It was a very large apartment, very modern and very well equipped. I cannot think of anything that was missing. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom, with walk-in shower, was clean and modern. The location is in a small, quiet lane, about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Cirencester.

There is parking space on the lane just outside the building, but this was usually filled up, but as the lane is really narrow we preferred to park at the Beeches Road Parking instead, which is 5 min away on foot, and inexpensive for long-stay. There is also a garage in the biulding, which can be pre-booked.

Excellent high quality accommodation in a central location

Spacious accommodation. Well worth paying extra to use the garage as two of our party have mobility issues… able to walk directly from garage, across communal hallway , into apartment

Nice apartment but no free onsite parking.

Great apartment with lots of nice touches. Great location for walking into town.

The spec on Booking.com says Free on site parking. This is wrong. Carpenters building has 3 apartments with garaging for one car that cost us £15 per night. (Louise said she’d change the wording but it hasn’t happened yet). The rest of the parking is down a narrow lane by the entrance over a Keep Clear sign. We were unable to park there, (no space and other on road daytime parking is difficult) hence the extra spend on the garage. I always use the filter when booking to ensure onsite parking and though Louise’s messages, sent in the week before our stay, mentioned this it was a bit late to rebook elsewhere.

The location is great, just 5 minutes level walk to the shops. The apartment is delightful, beautifully furnished, comfy beds, lovely welcome pack, everything you could want. A lot of thought has been given to every aspect.

Fabulous accommodation for a stay in Cirencester.

The property exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is excellent and the host was also great. The location is fabulous for walking into the market square . Would not hesitate to recommend this property particularly renting all 3 apartments as we did worked brilliantly.

Amplio y limpio - Parking público disponible - Excelente relación calidad/precio

El departamento estaba impecable, nuevo y muy bien amoblado. Muy amplio, camas confortables y en una zona que tiene parking en la puerta del apartamento (la zona de los Cotswolds requiere ir en auto, por lo que es importante este ítem). El centro de Cirencester, con sus bares y restaurantes, está a pocos minutos caminando (serán unos 600 metros). La comunicación del anfitrión es muy rápida y amable.

Si bien dispone de 2 habitaciones y living comedor amplio con sillón cama para una familia, dispone sólo de 1 baño, lo que puede traer algunas demoras a la hora de bañarse una familia completa de 4 o 5 personas. Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y a los departamentos del 1er piso se accede sólo por escaleras (si tienes problemas de movilidad puede ser una limitante). Por lo demás, todo excelente.
