This place is a hidden gem in a wonderful town. Here are our Pros: - Location, Location, Location: a stroll into Cirencester - Quality: you can tell the owners have put quality fixtures & fittings into this home - from double ovens, to dishwashers, to secondary glazing, it’s just beautiful - Space: for a family of five, spread over three levels, this place may not be wide but it is tall so we felt accommodated really well - Owners: perfect response times, flexible & kind communicators, and little touches of welcome note + gift to a looooooong way for us looking to return next time we’re in Ciren

There really aren’t any “cons” with this property but would be remiss of me to not mention a couple of queens with it. Cons: - Parking: with the age of the property, cars wouldn’t have been top of mind at the time (1800’s) so the lane way to drive down in order to park your car is tight … like REALLY tight (for big family cars). I crossed my fingers at one point that our Q7 wouldn’t get scraped all down the side - it didn’t - but just be aware, cautious drivers in big family cars may struggle with their nerves whilst parking - Top floor: so our children simply loved the top floor and they claimed it for themselves as soon as we arrived. The only issue with the top floor is the really narrow steps leading up to it - yes … I fell on my backside TWICE (you’d think I would have learned from the first time)! Again, not a criticism, but just be aware when you do rent this beautiful place and then your ass won’t be as sore as mine was!!

Zeer prettig en fijn ingericht huis op een prima locatie vlakbij het centrum. Fijn en makkelijk contact met de eigenaren en goede informatie over het huis. Kortom het was een top tijd!

Excellent location. Step out the door to a gorgeous village. The hosts have everything covered including very clear instructions on how to get to and access the property. The house is well appointed, homely, cosy and has everything you could possibly need/want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
