About this house rental
Casa degli Orti is a typical holiday home in the Ligurian hinterland immersed in the characteristic “fasce liguri”, terraces with dry stone walls. It is the ideal place for lovers of nature, silence and starry skies.
Built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated, it now has three comfortably furnished apartments with a living room entrance with kitchenette and private bathroom. In addition, on the ground floor there is a studio apartment, which can be connected to the two-room apartment, equipped to accommodate people with disabilities and suitable for access and internal mobility with a wheelchair.
A large country garden of over 2,000 m2 equipped with paths, BBQ, play area and relaxation area with deckchairs and sun loungers is available to guests.La Casa degli Orti is surrounded by the Ligurian countryside and immersed in the prized “cultivar taggiasca” olive groves in a vast flat land that has always been used for growing vegetables and fruit. The privileged position near the stream and the excellent exposure to the sun make the land very fertile.
It is about 800 meters from the village and can be reached by car via a typical dirt country road (the use of sports cars or large vehicles is not recommended and it is recommended to use expert drivers) see the photos of the road in the gallery.
The individual apartments are suitable for couples or families of up to 4 or 5 people, the total capacity of the house is 16 beds including the studio apartment with disabled access.
La Casa degli Orti is ideal for events, catering or group activities. The large garden and the large common room with “Agave” fireplace make it perfect for original, sustainable events in harmony with nature.
