nice clean room with sea view, direct access to beach excellent if you want to visit riviera or the overcrowded Sanremo Animals friendly is also added bonus to this nice property

Poor

The location

Im not sure about the Italian law but in each apartment peoples can smoking and the smell was horrible . The owner promise to send someone with special product which never arrived . My apartment orange is kind of attic , i’m 1.86 cm tall to seat on the toilette was impossible to walk inside was even worse . The day of my check in i refuse to stay in the orange room the owner gave me the blue room which was much better but for a non smoker living in a room with a huge cigarette smell was a torture . And im sure why the sheets were not included i had to paid 10$ extra fee as well the towels . The owner avoid this fee but i think is just unfair . When i booked the was no mention that this residencial was for smokers only . Inside the apartment the was no sign of no smoking . Very sad

We like the location in September when is is not too touristy and the weather is still pleasant.

Location, terrace, quiet on the seaside and weekly cleaning service.

The refrigerator is too small, there is no washing machine in the most expensive apartment and it is only comfortable for 2 people not for 4.

- communication only in italian - ants in the kitchen - for some things you depend too much on the host (e.g. washing clothes ; some limitations to the usage of the air conditioning system) - unstable wifi

Our time here was absolutely divine, and we would definitely go back.

It took us a while to find parking. It is best to park within the white boxes alongside the beach walk.

Zeer fijn verblijf, centraal in Riva Ligure

Ruim appartement, centraal gelegen in Rive Ligure. Vlak bij zee, een supermarkt bijna om de hoek en goede restaurantjes in de buurt. Ons appartement had 2x balkon/terras. Fijn om in oktober buiten te ontbijten en te zitten. Eigenarese is erg aardig en meegaand. Parkeren kan ook op eigen parkeerplaats 100 meter verder op. Aanrader.

Niets! (Het enige voor ons: erg fel en wit licht als verlichting.)

E' la terza volta che soggiorno a Riva Ligure e sono sempre rimasta molto soddisfatta.

La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal lungomare e dal centro paese, con tutti i negozi e le strutture necessarie durante la vacanza. La casa è molto bella e di recente ristrutturazione. Appartamento molto silenzioso, perfettamente pulito, arredato in modo essenziale ma assolutamente adeguato. E' un punto di appoggio molto vantaggioso per visitare la zona, lo consiglio senz'altro! Inoltre la signora consente di ospitare animali domestici con una modestissimo sovrapprezzo.

Mi permetto di suggerire di aggiungere un paio di tegami e casseruole di piccole dimensioni all'attrezzatura di cucina ed un coltello da pane.

Die Lage, perfekte Strände uns Meer. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Ausflügslage

kein Meeresblick, keine richtige Terrasse. kein Teppich / Fussmate/ im Eingangsbereich . müssen sogar nach Wasserkocher extra anfragen. Handtüche besser eigene mitbringen.
