Fantastic stay, great location and high ceilings!

The location is fantastic! Easy access to Borgo and all the restaurants and sites. Perfect with the balcony and two bathrooms!

The beds were way to hard for bikers in need of max comfort. A topp mattrass would be good. Also some of the twin beds are to small for friends, couples is okay. I would invest in an option for two single, 90cm, beds that could be put together as a twinbed.

Disappointing, the building was beautiful but without hot water available, the stay was very uncomfortable.

Confortable for a Family.

There was not hot water. Even though the property replied very fast, the problem was not solved so we had to shower with cold water. The property offered a refund for the inconvenience but it was never done.

Very good located to go to Finalborgo and Final Ligure. Much space. New kitchen.

A strange loud sound in one of the rooms in the night (fan) for some hours. Very impersonal. Everything works with e-mails and links to open the apartment, instructions, or cos for the key or the parking. Unfortunately, it seems that the owners are just doing their business. Very noisy rooms (a family with children lived above us).

Modern apartment in a charming old building, well located near the old town and beach

Nice apartment that is modern inside a beautiful old building. The location is great – just a 5-minute walk to the old town and about 20 minutes to the beach. For an extra fee, you can store your bikes in a basement room.

The kitchen equipment is a bit limited.

Beautiful spacious apartment with alfresco on the ceiling in a gorgeous villa, short walk from the sea and the medieval Borgo Finale, fully equipped, nice view, private parking. Excellent value for money in low season.

L’appartamento è a due passi dal centro storico, disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, due supermarket raggiungibili a piedi.. arredato con gusto, ben ristrutturato, grande.. siamo stati molto contenti!

Niente, tutto andava benissimo. Giusto : non c’è l’ascensore, bisogna saperlo se ci sono persone a mobilità ridotta.

Das kennen wir besser.

Lage und historisches Ambiente. Der Support für das zunächst nicht funktionierende WiFi. Im Sommer bei Hitze ist es bestimmt angenehm in den kühlen Räumen

Wir waren im Dezember dort und zum „Heizen“ gab es nur die Klimaanlage, die aber nur kalte oder lauwarme Luft in dieses alte Haus mit dicken Mauern und hohen Decken blies, wodurch es mit Ausnahme der Badezimmer ( ausgestattet mit E-Radiator) sehr kalt war. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt 2 Tage früher als geplant beendet da wir sehr froren und erst bei Mitteilung unserer Abreise mitgeteilt wurde, dass ein Techniker käme, der die Klimaanlage reparieren wolle. Zwei Steckdosen( Italienisch, Adapter mitbringen, einer ist vor Ort) waren kaputt, da offensichtlich versucht worden war, diese ohne Adapter zu benutzen. Der eine war für den Rooter, weshalb wir uns in die Nachbarwohnung mit gleichem Passwort einloggen konnten/ sollten.

Просторные и светлые апартаменты, очень понравились! Красивые сохранившиеся рисунки на потолках придают месту исторический и немного винтажный шарм — мне это особенно понравилось. Рекомендую!

Останавливались в начале ноября — было тихо и спокойно. Но когда заехали соседи сверху, стало слышно их шаги и разговоры. Видимо, звукоизоляция слабая, поэтому в сезон может быть шумновато. В остальном — уютное место.

Wunderschönes Gebäude-zentrale Lage „zwischen Meer und Geschichte“

Die zentrale Lage zwischen Altstadt (5 Minuten zu Fuß und Meer 15 Minuten zu Fuß) Gute Küche mit Backofen und Induktions Kochfeld und Spülmaschine (alles sauber und ordentlich) Die Bilder in der Beschreibung sprechen für sich von der Schönheit der Räume. Tolle große Fenster (die den Straßenlärm ausschließen) Trotz einiger negativen Dinge würden wir noch einmal in die Wohnung gehen, da sie sehr zentral liegt und das alte Gebäude wunderschön ist einen Parkplatz mit Schranke hat ,hundefreundlich war, ein kleiner freundlicher Spar Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke liegt und man in 5 Minuten in der wunderschönen Altstadt (mit guter Bäckerei )ist.

Ein defektes Schlafsofa hat uns direkt beim Betreten in die Wohnung empfangen. ☹️und die Laune gesenkt. Da wir zu zweit waren und das Sofa nicht als Schlafgelegenheiten brauchten, haben wir die Tagesdecke vom Bett drüber gelegt-man dann nicht darauf sitzen nur noch auf den Stühlen.Das fehlende Rückteil des Sofas war nicht auffindbar. Die Reaktion des Vermieters,dem ich ein Foto geschickt habe, war ein „Daumen hoch“-was auch immer das bedeuten sollte?! In einem innen liegenden Badezimmer ist es immer schwierig, Schimmel in der Dusche zu vermeiden, aber die Duschecke ….. Der Wischmopp war zwar nass, aber ob er zum Einsatz kam,bezweifele ich.Krümel und Wollmäuse überall. Das Bett hat eine Federkernmatratze,!!! Dies sind fast alles Mängel ,die man mit ein paar Handgriffen beseitigen könnte(dann wäre die Wohnung um einiges attraktiver) Schade

Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz

verschimmelte Dusche, bestialischer Gestank nach Schimmel und Abfluss in der ganzen Wohnung. Warmwasser nach Dusche von 1 Person aus; Wohnung und Umgebung schmutzig und lieblos eingerichtet bis kahl. Küche schlecht ausgestattet (z.B. 2 Kaffeelöffel für 5 Personen).

Le aspettative erano superiori.

Villa d’epoca interessante, presenza di parcheggio riservato interno, ai piedi di Finalborgo e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. L’alloggio ben studiato, inoltre la presenza di lavastoviglie e lavatrice danno sicuramente un must.

Posizione piuttosto rumorosa data l’ubicazione su crocevia stradale e autofficina sotto casa. La struttura è di valore architettonico ma sporca, anche per quanto riguarda l’alloggio ……….il divano non era utilizzabile perché mancavano i cuscini, la pulizia appena sufficiente.

Soluzione passabile in media-alta stagione in zona Finalborgo

Ottima posizione per passare le serate a Finalborgo ma, come sapevo già, la struttura ovviamente non è molto vicina al mare. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato; supermercati e servizi molto vicini. Aria condizionata ottima. Non ho provato il wifi ma era disponibile. Appartamento completamente arredato con frigo, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Gestori contattati solo in via informatica ma molto disponibili e chiari nelle istruzioni e nelle interazioni.

Letti molto scomodi, con materasso sottile e molle. Uno dei letti non aveva neanche le federe nei cuscini. Niente zanzariere. Niente tende, quindi all'alba ti svegli con la luce del sole. Purtroppo non c'è né il Lusso né il Comfort. La camera e la zona giorno (con divano-letto) sono separate da una parete in cartongesso che non arriva al tetto e quindi non c'era un vero isolamento acustico fra gli spazi. Pulizia decente ma non l'avrei definita una camera pulita: polvere sotto i letti ed all'interno del divano letto; acqua del secchio grigiastra dopo aver passato lo straccio appena entrati in stanza.

Ho prenotato una notte con il mio compagno NON spuntando la voce culla per relativi problemi personali. All’arrivo troviamo una culla ed un seggiolone. Cosa che ha ovviamente creato turbamenti interni. Non tutte le coppie vogliono trovare riferimenti al far figli, grazie. Materasso TREMENDO

Bellissimo

Appartamento bellissimo, ogni camera ha un bagno, la cucina ha tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ogni appartamento ha un bel terrazzo. La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio comodo. Le indicazioni per il pagamento e il check sono essenziali e chiare. Davvero un ottima soluzione per Finale Ligure e Finalborgo.

E' una mansarda molto bella, luminosa e spaziosa, ideale per una famiglia. Ottima la posizione, e molto utile avere il posto auto. A due passi dal castello.

Ottimo compromesso tra mare, cultura e natura

La casa super accogliente, elegante e moderna sebbene non esattamente quella riportata nelle foto. Possibilità del parcheggio privato comodissima. Posizione non sul mare ma vicinissima a finalborgo, un borgo storico tra i più belli d’Italia. Assolutamente consigliata.

Lo staff non troppo gentile. Ho chiamato per sapere se fosse possibile solo parcheggiare l’auto due ore prima del check-in, avendolo visto libero. La persona che mi ha risposto al telefono non è stata per nulla gentile, a stento ha ascoltato la mia richiesta, liberandosi facilmente della telefona con un NO direttissimo, che assolutamente non era possibile perché il mio check-in era alle 14 e queste erano le regole. Rimandoci un po’ male per i modi ho richiamato, mi ha risposto una persona diversa, questa volta gentilissima e molto disponibile che in poco più di 15 minuti mi ha fornito tutti i codici per poter parcheggiare e avere ingresso in casa (a quanto pare già libera e pronta). Altra cosa, le foto dell’annuncio non rispettavano l’appartamento che ci è stato dato (premetto la casa bellissima) ma invece delle belle terrazze ampie con vista riportate in foto avevamo anche un piccolissimo balconcino (giusto lo spazio di un tavolino e due sedie) con muri altissimi e senza vista.

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gar nicht geniessen und reisten frühzeitig wieder ab

Der versendete Link mit der Wegbeschreibung zur Schlüsselbox, dem Parkplatz und der Wohnung hatte beim ersten Versuch nicht funktioniert. Somit war es mühsam, die richtigen Standorte zu finden. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. In den Zimmern lagen viele Krümel und Schmutzpartikel herum. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war sehr muffig und gleich nach dem Eintreffen hatte ich Probleme mit verstopfter Nase und Husten. Im Bett hat es meine Frau und mich gejuckt. Es schien als ob es auch nicht sauber war. Dies haben wir nach der zweiten Nacht dem Vermieter gemeldet. Dieser reagierte gar nicht erfreut. Da hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet.

DELUSIONE.......mi aspettavo meglio

L'appartamento NON aveva finestre e nemmeno un balcone "decente"............solo uno spazio esterno "chiuso" da un muro di 1.6 metri, arredamento esterno fatiscente. Il materassi abbastanza datati e "cedevoli". L'appartamento è mansardato...........ogni camera da letto ha un Velux, ma nessuna FINESTRA........... il terrazzo che si vede in foto è quello del 1° piano, mentre la mansarda ha un piccolo spazio "chiuso e mal arredato" (vedi tavolo in foto, se può essere considerato NUOVO ).................i materassi se non sono "datati" sarebbero comunque da cambiare

Buono!

Posizione centralissima, ma comunque tranquilla. Bel palazzo e camera con il soffitto decorato. Doccia comoda. Arredamento nuovo e luce a volontà. Parcheggio riservato sotto il palazzo. Noi ci siamo fermati solo una notte, ma siamo stati bene.

Materassi un po' scomodi; difficoltà di gestione dei rifiuti per un soggiorno così breve come il nostro: non abbiamo trovato sacchetti, neanche nel cestino del bagno. Benché tutto fosse chiaro ed efficiente (indicazioni sull'alloggio, codici, regole della casa, contatto immediato tramite WhatsApp etc), ho trovato lo stile comunicativo un po' freddo, a tratti addirittura perentorio. Colpa anche della stessa piattaforma di Booking che tende a favorire l'impersonalità dei contatti...

Purtroppo in una stanza non c' erano coperte ma solo cuscini aggiuntivi quindi chi ha dormito in quella stanza non ha riposato benissimo. Sarebbe consigliabile metterne una in ogni stanza.
