Breakfast was great as was lunch we had. Really lovely host, so friendly and helpful. Peaceful spot.
Quite hard to have peaceful time by pool as a big group staying. Second bedroom didn't have aircon which was a shame as it was very hot during our stay.

Property is very well maintained with beautiful rooms with views on the vineyard.
Staff didn’t mention at the check-in that they will charge you 15€ per hour if you check in after 10AM. There was only a note on the door written in Italian. That said, the staff nicely waived that charge when we left at 11:00AM because of the misunderstanding.
