Everything was wonderful! Spacious, comfortable, nice furnishings, comfy beds, large private terrace with views to die for. Private easy parking right at the apartment. Owner is wonderful, friendly, helpful. We had to force ourselves to leave, really. La Morra is a beautiful town, great restaurants and residents.

Our visit was brilliant and we highly recommend a stay at Sky and Vineyards.

This was the fifth time we have been to Piedmont and we have enjoyed all our accommodations; La MORRA, was exceptional. We tried to extend our visit; however, it was fully booked so plan to be back in the future. The owner, Ilaria, and her mother were extremely helpful and welcoming. The property was delightful, very private, well situated within the town and with stunning views across the vineyards to Barolo. It was amazingly well equipped, down to a medical kit, a sewing kit and just about anything else you could need. The house was very clean and even the neighbours were friendly.

We can’t think of anything we didn’t like and truly cannot imagine how it could be any better. Our congratulations to Ilaria for her attention to detail and thoughtfulness.

Sky & Vineyards for a wonderful, relaxing stay surrounded by stunning views

Ilaria is a fantastic host who does everything to make you feel welcome in her very tastefully arranged holiday home. Instructions for arrival are very clear with additional photos where to find key box, etc. We were surprised by small but appreciated welcome gift such a traditional piedmontese nut cake. There is even a nice selection of excellent local wine you can taste at a very reasonable price. The photos of the apartment totally reflect the very nicely decorated and furbished rooms (we slept like angels), living room and kitchen whit everything you wish for. For us, the ultimate highlight was the sunny terrace with truly stunning views where we would have all our meals and spend most of the time! While La Marra itself is a pittoresque town worthwile a daily morning stroll the bakery, it is also the perfect location from which you can explore the area, either by car, bike or on foot with hiking trails starting almost literally at the doorstep. Thank you, Ilaria and the smiling, friendly neighbors, for a wonderful stay - we had the most wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic views

Do yourself a favour and stay at Sky and Vineyards when visiting the Piedmont. A comfortable 2-bedroom holiday apartment located in La Morra, a cute little town on top of a hill, you will get one of the best of views from the large balcony of Sky and Vineyards, overlooking the town of Barolo and the many vineyards around. Ilaria is a great host and will give you any information you require.

Amazing location and view. I travel regularly to the Langhe/Barolo area and this was a real standout. Kitchen was perfect for putting together a modest feast of veggies, meat and cheese. Ilaria was a great host, easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here.

Stunning hilltop vineyard views, rustic charm, modern comforts, in an authentic village

Fabulously located apartment, and perfectly simple to access, with covered parking within literally a few steps of the entrance. Ilaria was very welcoming as soon as we booked our reservation, and also when we arrived ! The views of the expansive vineyards, from the bedroom balcony and patio, are wonderful ! Enjoyed the classic kitchen / living room, and loved the comfort of the bedrooms and updated bathroom ! Loved also the antique stone-work in the apartment. Also, La Morra is such an authentic "villagio Piemontese" ! Would return without hesitation ! Many thanks !

Een uitstekend appartement in La Morra

Er is van alles dat "het meest beviel": Het appartement is heel ruim en is goed ingericht. Het is heel comfortabel en schoon. Eigenlijk is het gewoon een volwaardig huis. Je kunt je auto parkeren vlakbij je voordeur op een gereserveerde plek. Het huis heeft een heel groot balkon van waaraf je uitzicht hebt op de schitterende wijngaarden bij La Morra. Het huis ligt op ca. 5 minuten lopen van het centrum van La Morra. Daar zijn een supermarkt en restaurants. Ila is de persoon die alles regelt. Ze is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ze spreekt goed Engels. Haar familie, die er ook woont, is ook heel aardig. Wij hebben er 5 dagen tot volle tevredenheid doorgebracht.

Niets viel tegen, alles was in orde.
