Central and comfortable location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There are several apartments available in this building. The host messages you with the number of the apartment and the access code (for both the private car park and apartment, there is no door key) right before your stay. Each apartment has an allocated parking space. Note: The access road to the car park is on the narrow side, so care needs to be taken when manoeuvring in and out. However, it was very convenient to have parking at the property. We were in apartment 1 on the ground floor. This was very clean, comfortable and modern inside, and tastefully decorated. This was a centrally located and very convenient base to explore La Morra and to participate in the Mangialonga. Valentina was quick to respond to any queries which we appreciated. Highly recommended.

For anyone who wanted to use the kitchen appliances, it might have been helpful to include a couple of instruction books. For example, the induction hob was locked - I would have had no idea how to unlock this.

Its location is ideal—set in the heart of the Langhe hills, with easy access to Torino, Alba, and Asti, making day trips and wine tours effortless. The apartment itself is recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and living spaces are thoughtfully furnished, the bedroom is cozy and quiet, and the modern bathroom is spotless. Another big plus is the private parking space in the courtyard, a real advantage in a small, picturesque village like La Morra. Overall, this is a delightful place to stay—full of charm, comfort, and convenience. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover the Barolo region and enjoy the best of Piedmont.

Fantastic stay in Piedmont

The apartment has a beautiful and very practical location. We found all the necessary accessories inside. The rooms were clean and cosy. Perfect contact with the host was another advantage. Nothing to complain about, to be fair.

Posizione ottima per visitare il paese e i dintorni. Cucina molto ben attrezzata. Posto auto comodo. Appartamento silenzioso e molto caldo.

Un'ottima soluzione per scoprire La Morra e le Langhe

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione splendida per scoprire La Morra, ma anche per un giro nelle Langhe e per chi viaggia in auto. Ogni alloggio è infatti dotato di un posto auto, ma se, come nel nostro caso, si viaggia con due macchine, c'è un parcheggio gratuito molto vicino alla struttura. Gli spazi sono molto ampi, puliti e ben organizzati. Super consigliato!

Unica pecca del nostro soggiorno, il divano letto non particolarmente comodo. Ma la coppia che ha dormito nella camera matrimoniale dice di essersi trovata benissimo.

La amplitud, la limpieza, la ubicación, la dotación. Realmente fue una experiencia maravillosa.

La única observación, que más que una crítica es una recomendación, es colocar una barra de seguridad en la ducha o antideslizantes en el piso de la misma, porque es algo lisa

Lasci il cuore alle Langhe

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina a Casa Bordesini a La Morra e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è nuovo, ristrutturato da poco e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima per visitare il paese e la zona delle Langhe, inoltre il parcheggio privato è molto comodo dotato di un cancello elettrico con codice e lasciare in tutta sicurezza l'auto. Valentina è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora, ritorneremo!

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et rénové avec goût. La proximité avec le centre de La Morra, la superbe vue. Le parking dans une cour spacieuse également.

L'ascenseur pratique mais pas agréable quand il fait chaud (le code de l'accès côté rue ne fonctionnait pas).

Fin rymlig lägenhet med perfekt läge och trygg parkering bakom grindar. Lägenheten har pentry med bra köksutrustning och allt är nytt och fräscht.

Siisti ja tilava huoneisto. Huoneisto on remontoitu lähiaikoina, ja kalusteet olivat siistejä. Keskeinen sijainti La Morran kauniissa kylässä.

Alakerran huoneessa terassi parkkipaikalla ei ollut kovin viihtyisä. Ikkunoiden pimennysverhot eivät peittäneet koko ikkunaa, joten aamuisin aurinko paistoi sänkyyn.

Kan ikke anbefales før det kommer styr på PIN koder, el-port og låse.

Nyrenoveret lejlighed, gode store rum. Ok placering indenfor gå afstand til kirke/torv/centrum.

Adgang til lejligheden er igennem en el-port som kun virkede den ene dag, og ved indtjekning var det stort set umuligt at få kontakt til udlejer mht. den PIN kode som åbentbart skulle anvendes til at åbne el-porten til gården (hvor der er fin plads til bil) og hvorfra der er adgang til alle lejligheder, hvis man ved hvilken man skal bo i - og man kender PIN koden. Jeg har rejst over hele verden, men ALDRIG stået i en situation hvor man er låst ude og ingen personlig hjælp kommer. Kan anbefale stedet, MEN IKKE den måde de lader gæsterne klare selv-tjek-in med koder der ikke virker og el-port som pludselig ikke åbner. Med genboens hjælp, og en høj stige, kunne vi passerer over den høje gård væg og åbne el-porten indefra, og få adgang til vores bil og lejlighed. Det var under al kritik. Kan ikke anbefales.

Appartamento stupendo ai piedi del centro storico di La Morra

Tutto perfetto la casa era bellissima, e siamo stati benissimo. Appartamenti nuovi di pacca, disposizioni intelligenti delle camere e delle cucine. Vorrei segnalare al gestore che nell'appartamento 1 la chiusura della porta del bagno non è registrata correttamente e quindi fatica a chiudersi.
