Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn 800 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 03.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Novello" 500 m, railway station "Alba" 18 km.
