Very nice Agritourismo above Finale Ligure. The host was very caring and the breakfast excellent. We we were staying only for one night for a stop over on our way to France, but it’s definitely worth for a longer stay

Beautiful agriturismo up in the hills but with seaside views.

I loved the property and the room! But the major plus was that they were able to fulfill my needs for breakfast as I have celiac disease.

Every other place you will stay in Italy will be diminished by comparison with La Comtessa!

The place is so beautiful it’s hard to know where to start— with the history, the whimsy, the beautiful gardens or the location on the mountain above Finale Ligure. There are hiking trails accessible directly from the property and a 17th century road (foot path) leading to Finalborgo so we could have dinner there, then walk home by moonlight listening to the frogs. We arrived by taxi and had three beautiful days without a car. Every other place you will stay in Italy will be diminished by comparison.

Only one night but had a very enjoyable stay

After drive up narrow winding road came to a beautiful historic property with mountain views. A unique and cozy room with the biggest spa bath we have seen. The owners were great and breakfast fantastic. It was a wet rainy day and only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer.

overnight stay on trip to Bologna, would make a special effort to go back

breakfast was great. no restaurant on site but short walk up a track to two good places to eat, booked by the host for us.

nothing we didn't like, you should be aware that you need to be able bodied to stay here due to the steepness of the hillside; the upside is the views are amazing!

Interesting, nice looking farmhouse

The host - cheerful mid-aged eccentric character, looks as just coming from the set of Alice in Wonderland, always attentive and rather helpful. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, decorated in old fashioned style. Functional and modern bathroom, as a contrast to a room interior. Good breakfast, including a variety of locally made jams. Parking in front of the object. Tranquility of the place, surrounded by the big Mediterranean garden.

Location is few kilometers outside the nearest cities, so you need to go there by car. The approach to the hotel, few meters before the parking, is really narrow - be careful with a bigger car!

Beautiful situation and views. Very friendly host, lovely room.

Nothing not to like. It’s a twenty minute walk from the centre of the village, but that os great for using up some of the pasta calories.
