Nice, relaxing and up to expectations

Nice and clean apartment. Exceptional location. Seafront from balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only minor inconvenience was the low water pressure in the bidet. We could live with that.

The apartment was very nicely furnished, near the sea. Air condition.

The apartment needs minor repairs. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The shower did not work well. The wall in the bedroom was wet. The chair on the balcony was broken. You receive many of the same emails. Even after payment there are calls to pay or after check-in many emails for check-in. Information on how to stay is only in Italian.

Superb

The apartment is really nice and perfect for 4 people. Terrace is big and spacious and even tho it is next to the street you do not notice it The location is great, you are almost at the beach and everything is close

The water pressure was a bit problematic but it is not really the fault of the owner as in other places in the town the water pressure was really weak The beds in the smaller sleeping room where not two singel beds, it was a pull out sofa. This should be changed in the description as it is misleading

perfect location and a beautifully presented modern apartment. with everything we needed.

the only thing that we would say is that the pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the temperature was abit tricky to control. but overall we managed with 4 people.

Excellent apartment, great location and a welcoming host

The apartment is great: it has a small yard in front of entrance door and it is very close to the beach. It was perfect for a family of two adults and a child (+ a miniature schnauzer puppy). It was super clean, very spacious and with all possible utilities included. The host was super responsive and helped us every time, no matter if it was related to our accommodation or simply to suggest local places to visit/eat.

The WiFi signal was pretty weak inside the house, but for us this was not a big problem as we had mobile data.

Wir haben die Lage genossen und waren sehr viel unterwegs.

Die Lage war sehr gut, auch die Terrasse war toll.

Es gab keine Pflegeprodukte wie beschrieben. Auch haben wir kein W-lan Passwort bekommen. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war nicht besonders. Toaster Defekt, keine Mikrowelle, der Wasserkocher hat einen falschen Stecker und konnte nicht benutz werden.

Insgesamt eine tolle Ausgangslage für entspannte Ferien, ein Velosbstellraum für Biker wäre toll

Moderne, hell eingerichtete Wohnung die ruhige Lage die Nähe zum Strand

Im Baderaum müsste ein bisschen etwas erneuert werden (WC-Ring, Duschkabinendichtungen) Kaputte Dinge, z.B. Schrank, Liegestuhl, Wäschetrockner werden nicht instand gesetzt)

La posizione è indubbiamente impagabile, la comodità del posto auto interno al condominio, il terrazzino, luminosa, fresca, un bel contesto, lenzuola profumate, asciugamani puliti

La pulizia della casa non era proprio al 100% (interni dei mobili, bicchieri e tavolo esterno.

Parecchio delusi da tutto

La posizione dell'alloggio rispetto alla spiaggia. Il parcheggio privato nel giardino dell'appartamento indispensabile e quindi comodissimo

1. L'inserzione prevedeva la presenza di 2 bagni che in realtà non c'erano (su nostra segnalazione ora è stata variata). Solo 1 bagno cieco con areatore non efficace! Rubinetti datati! Acqua o fredda o bollente (credo dipenda dalla caldaia) 2. Pulizia praticamente inesistente. Pavimento sporco, servizi igienici non puliti a fondo, stoviglie della cucina con incrostazioni. Tutto da rilavare 3. Tv non funzionanti per problemi di antenna 4. Prodotti da bagno che su inserzione dovevano essere in omaggio, inesistenti! Un solo rotolo di carta igienica 5. Mancanza di stoviglie tipo mestolo, grattugia

Wir hatten tolles Wetter, fühlten uns wohl im Appartement und auf der sehr schönen Promenade.

Die Lage des App ist super - nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand bzw. der schönen Promenade. Auch die Ausstattung (TV, Geschirr, Besteck, Bettzeug und Kleiderbügel usw.) ist sehr gut. Terrasse mit Tisch, Sonnenschirm und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sehr gut erreichbar.

Kommunikation bezüglich Buchungsunterlagen und Schlüsselübergabe etwas unglücklich. Es wäre schön wenn man eine kleine Info Broschüre vorfinden würde. (Gräte, W Lan, Müllentsorgung, Boiler, usw.) Die Dusche ist sehr eng und es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo oder Duschgel. W Lan / Internet sehr instabil - musste mehrmals täglich resetet werden.
