Ideal for a getaway

These apartments are ideal.for a short stay in Liguria. It's possible to park and walk down to town, the space is enough for 4/5 people and the place is very quiet, it has a great view and overall the appartaments are well kept. The living rooms are set with some little extras left by the owner and we appreciated both that and the kindness the lady showed during all the check-in and checkout operations. I enjoyed the stay and recommend to.others to go there

For each apartment there is only one toilet and it's ensuite, I do appreciate how they managed to organise the spaces available yet when more than 3 people share a place I would have preferred to have another toilet or to find it separated from the beds. All the rest was really appreciated

Bene, ma non benissimo

Posizione bella, 10 minuti a piedi dal mare in posizione rialzata offre una vista bellissima. A 50 mt c’è la CRAI per la spesa e a 1 minuto l’autostrada. Location caratteristica misto pietra ristrutturata a nuovo accoglienza molto buona. Appartamento caldo e funzionale anche in cucina

Nonostante la ristrutturazione si poteva migliorare di molto la qualità dell’insonorizzazione, hai l’impressione di avere tutti i vicini in casa e se al piano sopra qualcuno è sveglio diventa impossibile dormire. C’è da rivedere assolutamente il grado di pulizia e igiene. Lenzuola bucate, rattoppate male e macchiate di giallo( tutte, non solo una parure)non stirate, Asciugamani lavati probabilmente in casa senza processi professionali in locale dove si fuma perché odorano di posacenere mooolto fastidioso…. Doccia con bustina aperta degli inquilini precedenti per cui deduco che il box doccia, tra l’altro con tenda antigienica, non sia stato igienizzato.

Das Haus hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage. Am Rande des States, dennoch das Meer war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie der Einkaufsladen. Etwas gestört hat, dass es nur eine Toilette gab und diese mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden war. Ansonsten ist Appartement schön und gemütlich. Wir hatten alles, was man braucht. Großen Dank an die Gastgeberin Caterina!

Ho prenotato a Gennaio a marzo mi hanno detto che non mi avrebbero affittato per due giorni in luglio ma a me avevano ma

La posizione rispetto a quello che mi serviva! Non dovevo andare al mare!

I letti. C’erano tre letti uno in un soppalco che probabilmente era un buon letto ma che non era comodo perché per andare in bagno di notte bisogna scendere una scala ripida, in fondo alla scala c’era un letto singolo in realtà una poltrona letto molto scomoda, nella Terza stanza c’era un letto ad una piazza e mezza con due materassi divisi e bassi, più che un letto una cuccia per cani!

Il silenzio e la tranquillità ne fa da padrone. Signora disponibile e cordiale. Situata appena fuori città, C'è bisogno della macchina x spostarsi. Piccolina ma confortevole, se si usa x pochi giorni.

Luci soffuse, anche se ci sono tante finestre.
