Riviera Charme House

The apartment is close to the sea and quite cool. We used Air Conditioner, but just 4-5 times. The double bed is good. The bathroom is good.

OK, now fasten the belts! Once we got into the apartment, we found out that there is not enough general things that has to be in the apartment. - no trash packets. We had to buy them. - just ONE toilet paper roll for three people for 12 nights. - no knives. We had to purchase them themselves. (see below a note on cleaning). - the refrigerator gave not enough cold and inside was full of ice (see photo) - Internet... simply no words... It was about 2Mb/sec and just once reached 10Mb/sec, which is unacceptable. - in the apartment there was no salt or pepper -- a bare minimum for ALL apartments around the world. This is our second visit to San Bartolomeo al Mare and fourth visit to Italy and in previous locations we always had salt, pepper, Olive Oil, more than enough TP and a welcome bonus of at least a bottle of wine, cookies, etc. We do not need a bonus set, but all the rest is standard. - We had two TV sets but TV channels were not showing properly. It was simply impossible to watch most of the channels as they blinked constantly and the signal was unstable every five minutes or so. - In all our previous visits to Italy we stayed there for 12 nights. And we always had a cleaning service after seven days of stay. Here we paid for the cleaning but the cleaning was meant to be after our departure. We had to pay 30 Euro, then purchased two knives for 11 Euro, which was deducted from the cleaning cost, but all in all we did pay 30, didn't we? Well, the vacation itself was super and I am simply writing all this so that the agency that owns the apartment correct all these issues.

La colazione non era prevista nel periodo del soggiorno, la posizione comoda per muoversi a piedi verso il centro, comodo anche il parcheggio auto interno alla struttura.

Avremmo preferito conoscere di persona l'host, magari per avere qualche informazione in più' sulla località.

La posizione era buona, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Le pulizie sono state fatte dopo che noi eravamo già arrivati in circa un'ora, sicuramente non è stata fatta una pulizia approfondita ma l'appartamento non era comunque sporco nemmeno al nostro arrivo a pulizie non fatte e si presentava in ordine.

Il divano letto è scomodo, è andato bene per le nostre esigenze perché ci hanno dormito un ragazzo e un bambino solo per 2 notti, ma per 2 adulti o per più notti non andrebbe bene.

Posto auto , terrazzo, cucina, casa moderna.

Staff, pagamento extra pulizia casa, tempi lunghi per check-in, tv non prende i canali, odore di chiuso.
