Terrible experience, not a real offer

I didn’t like anything as I wasn’t even able to stay there.

I didn’t like anything as I didn’t stay there. There were no instructions provided on how to get into the property and there was noone at the property on arrival. I messaged, called, and emailed the property on arrival. This was two days ago and I still have not received a response. Although the name of the property was on the building and some advertisements, there were no signs of any activity at the property and it looked like it had been closed for awhile. It was dark and cold and I had to scramble and find another place to stay for the night. This was a dissapointing experience because it is like I booked something that didn’t exist.

La camera è stata grande

Il riscaldamento non ha funzionato! Niente TV ! Il water è stato esterno ! Buchi nel muro ! La Freddo !!!! La camera era terribile, con finestre vecchissime da cui entrava l'aria fredda dall'esterno. Per me è stata un incubo.

Il wc purtroppo si trova fuori dalla stanza ed é in comune con altre persone, invece all’interno della stanza si trova solo il box doccia con il lavandino

logisticamente ottimo per la Carinzia, e naturalmente Slovenia ed Italia, bellissima accoglienza.

Purtroppo la colazione non era presente nell'offerta, ottima la cucina per i pasti. I proprietari molto disponibili a tutte le nostre esigenze, parlano correntemente l'italiano, lo spagnolo, il tedesco oltre la lingua internazionale.

Purtroppo la colazione non era presente nell'offerta, le camere sulla strada sono risultate un po' rumorose rispetto al traffico. Per insonorizzare gli ambienti necessita anche la climatizzazione delle stanze.

Uno dei servizi migliori mai ricevuti. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo di 2 ore rispetto al check in, sono riusciti a garantirci subito una stanza pulita e perfettamente in ordine.

La atención de Alex y Catalina hacen de tu estancia un momento inolvidable. Nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa vista al los Alpes, lugar muy tranquilo y cerca a la vía de la bicicletas. El restaurante vende una comida deliciosa.

Waren sehr nette Wirtsleute mit spanischem und italienischen Hintergrund. Essen war TOP. Zimmer sehr geräumig. War als Radfahrer unterwegs - direkt neben der Straße. Zu 100% empfehlenswert - Preis/Leistung unschlagbar.
