Central, comfortable and stylish

Very central, stylish and comfortable. Great amenities. Staff were very prompt and helpful.

Quite pokey lifts and corridors; understand this is an old property renovated and they have done their best. Price was every expensive for one night but I feel this is more reflective of Strasbourg as a whole.

Not great for familles

Well located

Rooms do not look appropriate for a family, there is weird red lighting in the rooms which makes it difficult to see, there bathroom had windows wall only which makes it impossible to use it without being seen by everyone else.

A very special place

The whirlpool and the sauna are really amazing. Location is easy to reach from the railway station and a short walk to the cathedral.

Very easy to access all the sites of Strasbourg.

This is a boutique hotel and was quite unique. The room was more like a studio. The shower, spa tub and bed were all in one room. There was a lovely kitchentte just as you enter the room. The room also had a hanging chair that was very comfortable. The locatoin was excellent to walk to sites you might want to see and shopping, lots of shopping and restaurants. The parking was a bit quirky as someone had to meet you to guide you into the parking area. Then they guided to our accommodation as they were not attached. We didn't drive again until we left and we were guided out of the parking area as well. A unique place but well worth it.

inconvenient and inefficient room setting, not matching with what has been described. Just location

The location was excellent and that is the only positive thing about the property. The host (Virginie) and the supporting staff (Amine) provided direct contact but no workable solution to problems.

The pictures and definition did not match what was on the booking. we were 2 couples and rooms were in "passthrough" setting, so no privacy. States 2 bathrooms but effectively it was a shower+tab per room with no privacy. Only 1 toilet for the whole unit. Toilet door was not opening full properly. Airco was not working. One ceiling lamp is non-switchable off (stayed on the whole night, we had to cover it with a sheet) and it was only turned of when disassembled at the end by management. No wardrobe/closet/drawers to take out your stuff or open your luggage. Smell was coming out from the sink (which is in open setting in both rooms). No waste basket/rubbish box in one of the rooms. The sensor light on the floor was turning on even when you move in the bed. We asked for a replacement of the room which was possible only the second day, but they asked for a price difference. The offered room also had just 1 toilet and similar said to be "bath" setting. Given the dissatisfaction, we expect the property to propose "a" sort of compensation for the unpleasant experience. This has not been done, neither proposed even.

Heil Luxury Hotel for a luxurious getaway!

I recently stayed at Life Voyage Residence during my vacation, and I had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, and one person who stood out was Virginie. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and truly made my stay memorable. Her warm personality and willingness to assist with anything I needed made me feel right at home. The Residence itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with great amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely getaway. Thank you, Virginie, for your outstanding hospitality!

However, while most aspects were perfect, I did feel that there was just one small thing missing that could have elevated my experience from great to exceptional. If that detail had been addressed, I would have rated the hotel a perfect ten! Despite that, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] for anyone looking for a lovely getaway.

Sehr cool designtes Appartement im Zentrum von Straßburg. Großzügig, neu und modern. Sehr gut ausgestattete Bäder, bequeme Betten, durchdachte kleine Küchenzeile.

Es sollten ein paar mehr Handtücher und Kissen gestellt werden. Ich persönlich brauche eher auch keine Sauna neben dem Bett und würde stattdessen eher mehr Wohnzimmer Flair bevorzugen, aber das ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ok, für länger ist der "Duft" zu störend.

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut: Nähe zum Bahnhof, Tram-Station, Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Code-Übergabe, Gepäck-Service etc. war alles unkompliziert. Die nette Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Tips versorgt.

Der zugesetzte Duft im Apartment / im ganzen Haus war sehr störend und hing noch tagelang in der Kleidung. Für zwei Doppelzimmer gab es eine einzige Toilette. Die Zimmer waren an einigen Stellen ziemlich staubig.

Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Accueil, informations avant, pendant, après au top! Les dames sont hyper gentilles et toujours là pour vous aider si nécessaire. Nous avions la suite avec le bain à remous et le sauna. Tout était parfait, le confort, la propreté, le cadre, l'endroit en lui-même. L'hôtel est en plein centre ville et facile d'accès. Et malgré cela, il fait hyper calme! Je recommande à 100%.

400 € la nuit pour découvrir le luxe… sans eau chaude : un spa version glaciale en plein novembre, digne d’un sketch plu

L’emplacement

Pas de comptoir réception à l’entrée de la résidence. Nous avons payé 400 € la nuit (378 pour être exact) pour une chambre censée offrir un certain niveau de confort (sauna et jacuzzi privatif), mais il n’y a pas eu d’eau chaude jusqu’à 1h du matin. Cela a gravement compromis la qualité de notre séjour puisque même prendre une douche avant d’aller au restaurant n’était pas possible, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus pour ce tarif. Malgré le signalement sur place, la situation n’a été résolue que très tard par les membres du personnel (patronne qui lisait les messages mais qui ne répondait pas car elle était en vacance), ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing. La réponse/solution qu’on nous a trouvé était dans un premier temps que c’était “normal” qu’il fallait attendre que le ballon d’eau chaude se remplisse (alors que nous en n’avions même consommé avant) et par la suite à plus de 22h une proposition de relogement dans un autre appartement cependant situé dans un autre bâtiment. Il trouve donc absolument acceptable de devoir refaire ses affaires et “déménager” à 22h30-23h.

Le jacuzzi, le sauna, le confort des deux lits et du canapé lit (nous étions 5 et avons toutes les 5 très bien dormi !), la gentillesse des personnes qui nous ont accueillis à l'arrivée et au départ, la beauté des lieux

Sehr beeindruckender Aufenthalt mit Wellness

Whirlpool und Sauna in einem Appartement bietet schöne Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Auch das Design der Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und wertig.

Wir waren überrascht, dass wir zu zweit zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und vollausgestatteten Bädern zugeteilt bekamen - einmal mit Whirlpool und einmal mit Sauna. Ungünstig fand ich, aus dem Bett auf die Technik der Sauna blicken zu müssen. Ich hätte das Schlafen vom Wellness lieber getrennt gehabt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Deutlich störender waren die Geräusche (Laufen und Whirlpool) vom darüberliegenden Stockwerk. Das war eher kontraproduktiv als erholsam.
