Die renovierte Altbauwohnung ist zentral an den Arkaden der Straßburger Altstadt gelegen. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erleben und zu erkunden. Die Räume sind großzügig gestaltet und liegen, bis auf einer, zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Das Zimmer zur Fußgängerzone ist nachts sehr laut. Sanitäranlagen und Küche waren absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte einwandfrei.
An der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Lediglich vor dem Haus treffen sich abends unzählige (betrunkene) Obdachlose um Ihre Übernachtungsplätze aufzuschlagen.

Lage: Perfekt, wenige Meter vom Place Gutenberg (wo auch ein Parkhaus ist). *** Bäcker gegenüber. *** Sehr große saubere Wohnung. *** 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern leise gelegen. *** Zwar nur eine Toilette, aber die beiden Duschen sind davon getrennt.
Ich habe 10 von 10 gewertet, also nur Kleinigkeiten: *** Der Türcode hat am Tag zuvor gewechselt und war daher falsch. Es hat etwas gedauert bis wir den Vermieter erreicht haben. *** das Parkett knarzt sehr laut. *** ein Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite, sehr laut am Wochenende.
