Modern conveniences/ tough to maintain
Plenty of space for a large group. Coffee machine Excellent kitchen and living area. Walkable to tram into city center. Auto blinds Air conditioner Washer Dryer
Stairs steep - no railing Deep entry into garage unable to park a Mercedes van inside. Unfriendly neighbors. Parking sign scan payant covered by tree limb and scan not payable for street parking. 2 LARGE spiders in house. Sewage gas second floor sink, shower, tub, bathroom. Plunged sink so it would drain.

Lovely Christmas celebration with the family in beautiful villa with great location!
Lovely fully featured villa, lots of space, good beds, great kitchen, and walking distance to city center of Strasbourg. We spent Christmas there (there was also a Christmas tree! Very nice!) with the family and it was wonderful! We were 10 adults and a baby and that worked perfectly! We parked our cars in the garage under the house, very convenient.
The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking but there are firmer pillows in the cupboards, so we swapped them.

Good location and big house
Great location and large property. All the rooms have blackout shutters which is a nice feature. Though some of them need encouragement to come down. They also had plenty of coffee for us. Some of the beds were very comfy, some were a bit too hard.
There is only 3 toilets, one per floor. Also, the hosts family had all of their personal belongings still there. Like full closets and shelves. This is obviously fine in the kitchen and garage but in the bedrooms it made it hard to put our stuff out. And when leaving it made it difficult to check that we have everything. Also there were some used towels still in the bathroom, though there were plenty of clean towels. For the price we paid I would have expected it to be cleaner and such.

Everything was great.
It was close to the centre and in a decent neighbourhood. Transportation from the airport was quite easy by metro. The landlord is very interested. He answered every question immediately. And he was very polite. It is a great ideal pleasant house for those staying with groups. The coffee machine was very good. When I go to Strasbourg, it will be the first house I will look at. Thank you Emilie.

Jederzeit wieder
Tolle große Villa. Perfekt für eine große Gruppe oder mehrere Familien. In die Innenstadt sind es mit der Tram nur 10 Minuten, trotzdem ist das Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, fußläufig zu einem Lebensmittelladen und einer leckeren Bäckerei. Perfekte Ausgangslage!
Man merkt, dass das Haus und die Möbel nicht brandneu sind. Das hat uns jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
