Great location, close to shops and restaurants, close to metro stations. The apartment was cool temperatures during a big heatwave which made it very pleasant. It was really spacious and very quiet (I'm a light sleeper and there was no noise). Apartment was on the ground floor which meant no steps apart from 2 at the entrance of the building...very easy for us with a pushchair.
The skylight windows do not have curtains/blinds or any way to block out light so they let in light early in the summer.

the location, the security and the quietness were all good
there is only one very small window in the whole apartment so ventilation is almost impossible
