The flat needs some attention before the next guests.

close proximity to a few restaurants, bus and Metro.

The accommodation seems to be a street shop turned into a flat - many pedestrians walking past the frosted window, we could not see what was going on outside the door. There was no airflow on ground and to the basement where our son had to stay, so we kept doors open. No views, not clean with cobwebs all-over the flat entrance. courtyard not clean either. TV did not work for entire stay despite engaging the host, who did not to come and help. Sofa bed in sitting room was no dirty, we had to cover a sheet over before we sat on it. It seems the facility had not been used for a while - all utensils in kitchen had to be rewashed before use to remove bad smell. This was def not value for money. Please improve before the next guests. We requested for alternative accommodation, and we were told by the host that all is booked up due to the new year season. If our pre-payment was refundable, we would have moved elsewhere.

Great location, great apartment, great value for money

Location was excellent and the flat was very well equipped

The temperature was a little difficult to control and only having one toilet wasn't ideal. But we knew that from the start.

Good

Communication from the hosts about check in and apartment details was excellent and timely. The apartment is close to a metro station (unfortunately it was closed during our stay for maintenance to that line) but there were 2 further metro stations within 15 mins walk. We found a lovely restaurant 5 mins walk from the apartment and there are several bars nearby.

Although this apartment is advertised as two bedrooms and two bathrooms it only has one separate toilet. Neither bathroom has a toilet. The second bedroom is in a sort of cellar with no windows and little space around the bed. It felt quite claustrophobic. There is no hanging space in either bedroom - only some shelving for clothes. We had an issue with the front door which I messaged the host about using what's app. He was very responsive but didn't seem interested in addressing the issue. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean and some TLC as it is showing signs of wear.

My stay was good, safe and productive. Place needs lot of care and cleaning.

The location of the apartment and the whole neigbourhood around it was amazing, safe and very lively. Good places to eat, shop grocceries and very convienent to get Metro to go around. Can be good accomodation for family of 5.

I have been to Paris many times and I am aware of various accomodations and their sizes. So I am defintely not going to comment on the size of the apartment, which was doable for us. But the apartment is on the ground level in middle of some renovation, and has no windows. Our unit had lot of dust inside and it was not vaccumed before we got it. Basement bathroom is filled with leftover construction materials. Area rugs are so dusty and out dated. We did see a lot of cobwebs and cockroaches in the unit. Our saving grace was clean beds, towels and decent bathrooms to shower. Basement bathroom can use some care and repair work to function as good amenity. As I mentioned before, the apartment as great value to be an amazing vacation rental, if the property management works on it a bit and up keeps the place.

Neat little pad in Paris

Great location, great decor. Close to all Paris has to offer. Easy check in process.

Downstairs bathroon plumbing was blocked and despite reporting this our message was ignored. Smelt of sewage and water bubbled up through shower grate. Cooking utensils very basic, not enogh glasses, such as only 2 wine glasses for 6 people, no tea towels or dish washing liquid.

We were on Family holiday in Paris (2 parents, 3 children). The apartment is big enough the be there with family, and it is really well equipped. The location is in the 15th district what is very calm but also very close to the city center, nut you are in the real city. What we enjoyed very much that we could be where ever we wanted within 20-30 minutes, i mean the most famous locations of Paris, as the Metro line 12 is 3 min walk from the apartment

The only thing we had to get use to it, that the apartment is on the groundflour next to the street, but it was finally fine as well

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas du parc des expositions. La déco est très sympa et surtout très calme. Merci.pour les friandises et les petites attention d'accueil.

Très joli appartement, parfaitement situé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement réactifs et agréables. Rien à redire : tout était parfait, je recommande sans hésitation !
