Mr. Delarue personally handed over the keys and showed us the apartment. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. and the room was warm.The kitchen utensils had coating worn off, and none of them had lids. The bus stop and tram station are within a 5-minute walking distance, and the metro station is about 15 minutes away. A Carrefour grocery store and a pharmacy are close by. There are also quite a few good restaurants and boulangeries in the area.Overall, it is a good and quiet neighborhood.

This fully-equipped property had it all for us:
- amazing location, close to public transport,
- a full-sized fridge,
- a washing machine,
- underground parking,
- HVAC (it proved to be essential during a heatwave),
and to top it all, our host was very helpful during the check-in process and provided us with lots of good tips for our stay

Cet appartement entièrement équipé a tous les atouts dont nous avions besoin:
- emplacement idéal, près des transports publics,
- un grand frigo,
- une machine à laver,
- une place de parking souterrain,
- la climatisation (qui était la bienvenue pendant la canicule)
et surtout, notre hôte était très aimable et nous a fourni plein d'infos pour notre séjour
