Large living room, sofa, table and chairs, two bedrooms with wardrobes, windows in every room with large balcony overlooking garden.

We stayed at Philippe's condo for 3 weeks and everything was perfect. Location near restaurants, metro & bus, markets, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Right from day one Philippe made sure that we knew where everything we needed was located. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Philippe!!!

It’s a very quiet building in a very quiet neighborhood. I did at first worry that the proximity to all the main attractions and the highway close by was going to be a problem but it was not. We generally got anywhere in Paris in 30-40 minutes by Metro. The beds were comfortable and showers always hot. We were always on the go so didn’t use much more than the coffee pot.

Was concerned that we were too far out, but the location turned out to be perfect. Easy access to metro and easy to Uber from. The neighborhood was wonderful around the property. We spent a down day in the neighborhood and it may have been our best day.Phillipe was awesome getting us checked in. Great start to the week.

Location was perfect - shops restaurants and transport all close by plus the v convenient Suzanne Lenglen park for a morning run. very comfortable apartment, suited our needs we would have liked a larger screen to watch Olympic sport (when we weren't out watching it live!)

We had a lovely time at this property with our family. Walking distance to public transportation at the end of two different metro lines. Our stay started with a kind host to help us settle in. Definitely recommend this location for multiple days in Paris.

Meeting at the apartment and getting a good explanation of operations. Also he kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine and bread with jam to welcome us. Location was right on Tram 2 that took us to the 12 metro line that got us everywhere that led to everywhere in Paris. Great little grocery and a fun restaurant called Pizza D’Oliver just around the corner!

This was a great experience overall. We are a family of 5 and a standard hotel is often not comfortable for us. This two bedroom, two bath property was much more comfortable for us. The host was very gracious and showed us around. The property was only a 10 minute walk from two different Metro stations, which was great. It was not very central, however to many of the places we visited. Even with that, it was a very comfortable and safe property, which was our top priority.

Great for our stay in Paris. Close to two metro lines, grocery stores, and restaurants. Not in the heart of Paris, but it was easy to Metro in and out to Paris (and Versailles). The host was very communicative and greeted us at the property upon our arrival.

Phillipe was an excellent host. He promptly sent communications and met us at the property entrance, walking us through all the amenities and expectations. The apartment was very clean and functional, though felt a little tight for a party of 5. Anyways we were only spending the nights there and during day time we were doing sighseeting so it perfectly worked well for us. Elevators are available and quite location. You can take the tram Port d'lissy across the street to get to Port de versailles and hit central Paris in 20-30 minutes. Strongly encourage booking this property, you wont get wrong.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Mr.Delarue is a great host. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious, well-equipped, located in a great neighborhood and convenient to transportation, shops, restaurants, etc.

In general, my family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was in a great location to the convention center and to catch the metro to get anywhere in Paris. The apartments had good amenities and many supplies to support 5 people for the week. It had plenty of space. The apartment is not the apartment in the pictures. The floorplan is the same but not as clean or decorated as the pictures depicted.

This was a truly great property for our family. The layout of the apartment, particularly the bathrooms, was ideal for a family of 6. The apartment was extremely clean and the neighborhood felt very safe. Having a/c was a big plus in the summer! The grocery store and other restaurants within short walking distance was helpful. It was also an easy walk to the nearest Metro stop. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We were extremely pleased!

Mr. Delarue's property was delightful for our family of 5. We are so appreciative of Mr. Delarue's flexibility during check-in when our flight was delayed and we arrived 2 hours later than we planned. It was a pleasant surprise when we were provided with continental breakfast which allowed us to go sightseeing without having to spend time at a restaurant. Having 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks was a nice touch. It was very easy to use public transportation to see all of the sights. The best part of this place was the quiet at night as it is in a court yard.

BUT...English is listed first in the VRBO listing. The property owner sent his sister to meet us and she spoke very little English. There was no instructions at the apartment in English and very little even in French. No instructions on how to use the oven, dishwasher or microwave which could use an upgrade. There is renovation going on which also is not in the listing. The garden the the apartment looks down on is a mess with staging and construction materials. The apartment was okay but it also needs an upgrade. There is a parking space which is a perk if you have a car.

This property was fine for six guests and was a good base for exploring Paris. Very close to a T2 tram stop and a short walk to two metro stations. The owner was very helpful. He met us on arrival and provided information about the local area. Very friendly and provided his phone number should we have required any further assistance.

Our family of five stayed here for five days in March-April. This flat is located within reasonable walking distance of the Balard and Porte de Versailles Metro stops, as well as the tram line, and about a 1.5 mile walk to the RER (which we took to Versailles). Our host graciously greeted us when we first arrived. (Admittedly it helps "parler un peu de français," but M. Delarue seemed to understand most of what we were saying. My husband and son studied a bit of French so they did most of the communication.) We loved having two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other a tub/shower combo and separate toilet area), and our three kids (ages 15, 12, and 10) all had very comfortable places to sleep. Conveniently, there is a Franprix (grocery store) nearby, so we could stock up on breakfast items and snacks, and do some basic cooking in the kitchen. The apartment was pretty quiet, and was a great home base to explore Paris from. We didn't have any complaints or issues, so our main communication with our host was to check in and check out. The surrounding area is mostly professional offices, so it doesn't feel very touristy. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner met us at the apartment and was patient enough to answer our questions. Most necessities were present in the apartment but the apartment needs updating in all rooms. However all rooms were clean. The air conditioning was only in the living room and so the bedrooms were very warm despite leaving the doors ajar. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms (essential for ladies). Glad there were 2 English channels on TV. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage till the evening.

This fully-equipped property had it all for us: - amazing location, close to public transport, - a full-sized fridge, - a washing machine, - underground parking, - HVAC (it proved to be essential during a heatwave), and to top it all, our host was very helpful during the check-in process and provided us with lots of good tips for our stay ----- Cet appartement entièrement équipé a tous les atouts dont nous avions besoin: - emplacement idéal, près des transports publics, - un grand frigo, - une machine à laver, - une place de parking souterrain, - la climatisation (qui était la bienvenue pendant la canicule) et surtout, notre hôte était très aimable et nous a fourni plein d'infos pour notre séjour
